After being ignored at the drive through window, another worker from the other side of the store came to the window and asked if I had been helped. Of course I had not been helped. She checked me out and gave me my two drinks and off I was. No biggie, that happens. At home I take the lid off my iced tea and find the lables still attached to the lemons. Damn kids...

I went thru the drive thru and the girl on the intercom was way too aggressive. I lasted 10 seconds at the window before I decided I was not gonna give this place my money. She has to work on her tone. Get serious guys. It's fast food. The interactions are quick. There's no reason to have a stank attitude for an interaction that takes less than a min. I simply drove off. No one has time for that type of energy. If it is an issue over lack of staffing (overworked, understaffed- hence, the attitude) the company should be on top of that. Learn to prioritize your employees. That's not fair to them either.

delivered the wrong order

Took over 30 minutes and had to say something to the car hop. Car hop made a coment that there was only two working, this is the second Sonic that has told me this. Bad business operation. Our order was also wrong but semi warm.

One of the better Sonic locations for good, accurate service without waiting too long. I frequently visit this location and have rarely had a problem, compared to others around town where service is slow even with few customers, and then they mess up your order on top of that. It's fast food, so I do not have high expectations of culinary masterpieces, just consistently decent food cooked or made right. That's what I get here.

Slow slow slow slow Slow slow slow slow Slow slow slow slow. Slow!!! That is an Understatement of how slow this location is. I sat in the drive up area for 15 minutes And no one answered the speaker, then sat in the drive-through for 30 minutes before I ever got my order. I have never experienced anything like this before at a sonic. Horrible, horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible

Very slow service, several team members just standing around inside not working. Ordered ahead and still took 20 minutes to get food when ETA on the app said 5 minutes. Food was cold when I finally got it.

Arrived at 1:25PM they didn’t take my order until 1:30PM, it’s 1:51pm and I still haven’t received my food. I don’t usually like to leave reviews and talk bad about a place or people but this is extremely unacceptable. I have been in my car for close to 35 minutes.

We are sitting here at this location right now. 2/2 1225p. It is reprehensible that whoever the managers/leaders are has allowed what I have seen going on to happen. There are 15+ people here and none of use are getting food in any reasonable amount of time. It took 20 mins to get 2 #2’s.

They ran out of tater tots and forgot the right size fries for the order. There is one young Asian girl who is running around like a Hebrew slave trying to do right. It’s clear that whoever is inside was not ready, they underestimated and don’t have enough staff. Whoever did the scheduling needs some training. I know yall have forecasting tools that help with this.

Please do better.

The way this young lady has been treat is way wrong. I hope she quits and goes somewhere else where she doesn’t have to deal with this foolishness.

Took 20 minutes to get our food. The mozzarella sticks were stuck together and underdone. The carhop was extremely rude. We didn’t get any sauces or straws. When we asked for sauces she ran back inside grabbed sauces for us and another grab. She delivered sauces to the other car then immediately came to our car and said they were out of all sauces. We’ll never be back to this location.
