Went to the location in Murphy for my 1st time. I didn't realized how busy it gets. My order took a little longer than what I'm used to. My advice is if you want to come to this location, be patient, and be ready to wait!The food as always was good!

I ordered online on the app and when I went to pick it up the app wasn’t working so I waited for a worker to come out after helping another customer. After I received the food once I got back and looked at what I ordered the burger was completely wrong. I had customized it on the app and it came out to not what I was shown from the app.

I’ve lived in Murphy for 23 years and have liked this sonic since it opened up. In the past few years it has gone completely downhill. The good is less than average (bland at best) , the speed of service is way below average, the drive thru is down most days, the electronic consoles and (when the drive thru is closed) don’t work sometimes. I went there yesterday with my kids a d tried paying with a $25 sonic gift card + a $50 gift card and the carhop person kept saying neither worked although they were both new and given to my daughter for her bday the day before. Wth? Lack of training!?! The franchise owner needs to sell that place ro someone who cares about customers in Murphy. Nuff said.

Can’t stand this place. How does it take 20 minutes for tater tot’s? Been sitting here watching everyone get theirs after I have been here and ordered ahead of time. Then on top of that I get my food and you can tell it’s been sitting there for 20 min.

The food quality at this Sonic is severely lacking. I sent my order back for issues I found before leaving. When I got home I discovered both of my hot dogs were over cooked. One hot dog was falling apart due to how poorly it was made. This isn’t the first time I have had an issue with this Sonic. I will not return to this location.

Very helpful, staff was very pleasant when I thought I had a wrong order. Turns out I am blind and they did forget an ingredient. Fully resolved my issue and were professional the entire time.
Every time I come to this sonic the food is gross. Even if you tell them to make it fresh they Will not do so. The manager is also very rude, he needs to be replaced.

Wish I could give this Sonic zero stars. The experience was a disaster from start to finish. Tried to place a mobile order, but the checkout system was inexplicably turned off. Pulled into a stall only to find they were drive-thru only due to short staffing.Ordered a custom double cheeseburger, a large tater tot with ranch, and a Route 44 limeade, among other items. Was told I'd get a discount on the limeade since the mobile order didn't work. Well, that was a lie. Got charged full price at the window.Not only did they get the billing wrong, but the food was a mess too. Got a vanilla blast instead of a chocolate one. My custom burger was smothered in mustard, the very thing I'd asked to exclude. And instead of ranch for my tater tots? Three packs of marinara sauce. Tried to get it sorted but no one answered at the stall or on the phone. There's being short-staffed, and then there's just plain negligence.

Made my American hot dog wrong THREE times but got a manager apology. Wasn't worth it after the rest of my order that was correct got cold.All the stalls on the right curb are removed and all the stalls on the left are to go orders... I'm guessing they're pushing us to using the drive thru more often because the other convenient options were depleted- Parking is New, yet I'm not impressed.Parking: Probably 4 stalls available on one side and unaware of how many on the other side
