Sticky Rice in Murphy is one of our favorite local spots! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we’ve tried has been well-seasoned and served hot.
The service is friendly and attentive, and the staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and perfect for a casual dinner with family or friends.
Great food, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend if you’re in the Murphy area and Thai/Laotian cuisine.

I've eaten here many times before, but this last visit was extremely unpleasant. I came with my husband and our two kids. After placing our order, the food took an unreasonably long time. We waited about 20 minutes just to receive one plate of fried shrimp. The other two dishes never came until I asked. Meanwhile, a white American table that arrived after us already had all their food. We were left sitting there with only one dish, which made us feel disrespected and possibly discriminated against. After another 15 minutes, the remaining food finally arrived, but the service was already ruined. We came to eat and paid like everyone else, yet we were treated as if we didn't matter. I really disliked the attitude and service of the male server. Very disappointing experience.

I have ordered food from here when they started in Murphy. It has always been great! Today I ordered the pineapple chicken fried rice and I barely had any chicken in dish. Flavor was awesome as usual but not sure what happened with chicken.

We were craving noodles and got our fix at Sticky rice. This was our first time trying it. I highly recommend the glass noodles, they were yum! I loved the drunken noodles as well, they were very flavorful. Their dishes contain a lot of vegetables which is great! We also tried their dumplings that had a lot of fried garlic up top which gave it an amazing flavor especially if you pair it with some soy sauce that comes with it. The staff was welcoming and helpful. It was a good experience and I would like to try more from their menu on my next visit.

I highly recommend this restaurant for savory Thai food. The garlic beef is delicious especially if you start with one of their refreshing salads and peanut dressing. The spicy levels here are no joke 🔥 Great food!

so I’m not one to give bad reviews, but however, the environment just fell off. I’m not sure what it was about it to be in particular everything was made fresh but I did have some issues with my food. I ordered a crab fried rice and unfortunately I keep finding like I don’t know if it’s bones or parts of like the crab shell. Something really really really hard that I could potentially choke on and it’s multiple pieces inside of the rice and I can’t really tell enough to pick it out unless I eat it then spit it out or bite on it but other than that, the food looked good. I did request spicy a level three however it wasn’t spicy at all. The staff was friendly. I just wish I could’ve had a better experience here with my food. I did try to address the concerns of my rice, not being spicy however, the staff member didn’t really attempt to fix that issue. After only one bite of the food. I feel like the issue could’ve potentially been resolved if I was to exchange it for a spicier meal. So I wouldn’t say an avoid this particular dish but definitely have some caution, especially if you’re feeding it to my babies like how I was in this case. Potential choking hazard. I also don’t feel like the four different meals we received were worth $112 but that’s just my personal opinion. I most likely will not be coming back just because of this issue and it didn’t seem like they wanted to resolve the issue and the pricing for the amount of food received

I ordered UberEats from here… and I can’t wait to actually go to the restaurant. The food was delicious. Best ThomYum soup, Pad Thai was delicious, the sticky rice dessert with mango-YUM, and finally the macaroon was like eating a strawberry short cake!

Came here with my friend and it had a nice quiet ambience inside. We got the crispy veggie rolls (delicious), Nam Kao (crispy rice and flavorful), and the jungle curry (unique taste but was also yummy). Food overall was delicious. Service was really friendly and awesome as well. Recommended! ⭐️

We love coming to sticky rice. We’ve been coming here for years. However, I received a 15% off code for my next online order and when I went to go place my order it said that the code was invalid. I called the restaurant to see if I could still place an order and use my 15% off and the gentleman that I spoke with said that it’s a fake code just to get people to click on the link. I asked if I am able to still place an order to receive a 15% off and he said no. I am giving a bad star rating because it just seems like bad business practice to send out fake discount codes and not honour what their emails say.
