Arrived at 10:20 AM 12/19/2025, no one was present n the front, we waited 10 minutes- Opened the front door to trigger the bell a second time, I even went as far to call the store twice and knock on the cracked hallway door. No one ever came to the front. We left at 10:30 AM incredibly disappointed.
Called this place about 10 times right away to cancel my order and 0 pickups, went to the restaurant and they said they couldn’t do a refund because it’s a “online order” and that it was “too late” which could’ve been resolved if they learned how to pick up a cell phone, what a joke.

Never had issue ordering online in the past at this location but now they can't take responsibility and can't issuing me a refund or remake the food because they claim someone with the same name and order pick it up. I know the fact that it a lie because the last time I made the order in the past, I pick it up and show them my order on the phone. They didn't bother to look and confirm it the correct order. They just leave the pickup order on the counter where anyone can grab and walk out with it.

Business operating without a phone. If they dont pay their phone bill, I don't trust that other decisions that cost money but keep food safe are being followed.
Extremely rude to 2 little daughters . Messed up their order and would not fix it and argued they did not give her right order. She opened the sub and had to leave without it even though we paid for it. Refused to share manager contact. 2 little kids got me from the car due to how rude she was and she scared them.

The worker at this subway was so rude ,she was not fulfilling her job duties wisely and was arrogant towards me and the place was not even busy !!!! I asked for sub crunch and she said you cant add it on every sandwich and I asked her to cut the sandwich in half and she refused it too !! I would give her negative rating personally ,The owner should pay attention to it

I ordered two one-foot long sandwiches and paid with my card online, but when I got there they already gave my order to someone else without confirming identity. I asked for a remake but they wouldn’t do it nor give me a refund. I then asked to speak to the manager and they said no, leaving me stranded with no words meanwhile my kids are waiting for the food at home. I would give this place no stars if it allowed me to.

The worker at the location displayed blatant disrespect and explicitly expressed her indifference towards me. Despite being a regular customer, visiting the establishment 2 to 3 times a week, I noticed a recurring negative attitude from Mrs. Adrianna over the past month. Keeping our interactions brief, I encountered her once again today, more vocal and dismissive than usual. When I inquired if she had noticed me waiting, she muttered disrespectful remarks about her lack of concern. Aware of my frequent visits, I confronted her, leading to further disrespectful behavior. I ended by mentioning that I would report her actions to the manager, who was mentioned to have a careless attitude and freely provided her name.As of today I will no longer spend my money at this establishment.

I order from here take out!! Chicken teriyaki sandwich #8 on Italian cheese bread with olives, pickles spinach. They gave me not Italian cheese bread put onions and lettuce and tomatoes! They can’t even pick up the phone! Bad customer service!
