Worst service by this subway franchise. Very unhygienic and bad attitude towards customers. I complained Subway corporate for this franchise. Never going here again.

I was craving a sandwich and Subway was nearby. I did an online order for the BOGO 50 (buy one, get another 50% off). I got a custom Philly sandwich, and custom buffalo chicken sandwich. Let me knock out the pros.First, the inside of the store was clean and it smelled awesome. The lady working the counter was cool and nice. She thanked me for my patience. The sandwiches were good. The cons were that I can't justify the price of the sandwiches for the amount of meat. The sandwich was just..okay. Nothing great and lack of meat. There was also this crazy ringing noise inside the store that kept going off for the 10 minutes I was in there. It was so annoying.Overall, I would go back if they bring back $5 dollar footlongs.

this is the second time i've had a bad experience with this subway, i ordered online and even tipped in advance just to pick up my order and see that they made both of my sandwiches exactly the same despite there clearly being two very different sandwiches on the receipt. this was just lazy.

Sandwich Artists who somehow completely dont know when the bread is stale off two subs and not just a little stale I mean alot to the point where the bread crumbles. My guess trying to get rid of old stock to save money there's no way you wouldn't notice, Stevie Wonder or Ray Charles could see the bread was stale. Seems to be a huge problem with franchise restaurant of many brands they cut corners to save money or just dont care. You live in a more rural area you might be better off going into a big city not just the close town to get any sort of quality.

I gave 2 stars only due to the fact that not all coupons are accepted here.

We ordered 3 tuna sandwiches for about $40 but we got ham and cheese with receipt of $13. We don’t eat pork products. Apparently totally wrong order, When we called to complain, we were told that they sent the right order and we can’t even get a refund. Never ever ordering from here. Bad service and no regards for their customers.

Terribly rude staff. I could not believe how they talked to the guy ahead of me when he mentioned that he had only ordered a 6" sub instead of a footlong. The girl actually snapped at him. We'll go to the one up 14th St. next time. It's about the same distance. My meatball sandwich was very soggy, as a sidenote.

I ordered on the app. My sandwich was completely wrong, and then they didn’t deliver my drink. Super

Horrible rude employees. Owners don’t care so go with lowest expectations.

Presented valid coupon and the older/Hispanic gal working stated that their system wasn't scanning properly/accepting this coupon. She then stated that the owner had "cancelled" this just-sent-out-in-the-mail coupon. My partner and I walked out (never, never, never to return) leaving her with two already-made footlong sandwiches and a LOT of ill-will. I was, and still am, completely stunned after the experience.

One, older woman working behind counter and on her phone when we walked in. We went through the entire process of getting two footlong sandwiches. Just before the second sandwich was about to be made, she asked if we had a coupon (we had it out already) and stated that the second sandwich was limited to choices on a particular overhead display ... so far, so good. When we were 'done' and ready to pay, we provided the Buy-One-Get-One-Free coupon; the cashier immediately told us that her register was not able to scan this particular coupon (doesn't expire for another 3+ weeks) and that we would have to pay full price or find another coupon. No manager available - no alternative suggestions. We left w/o lunch. HORRIBLE.

Avoid this restaurant at any cost. I have ordered online multiple times and most of the times they won’t toast my bread despite clearly written on reciept or most of times half of ingredients are missing. I repeat AVOID this restaurant at 170 fm location. Whoever needs validation can message me for
