Bad!!! Bad!!! Experience!!!! They don't care about you are your business ?. ?. I stop going in about a year ago, because the service was so bad, and so was the Damm food. You never here anything cooking, and you never smell anything cooking ??. What's up with that. This location is the worst. The manager was very 'So What ' with me when I mentioned there was hardly any cheese in the crispy taco. She did nothing, but get an attitude with me. I didn't give her the satisfaction ?. I only went in for my two birthday free Tacos. I took one bite, and threw them in the trash. They never have a crowd, while I was in there they had one customer that seemed to having problems with their order. I'm never going to that location again. I'd rather drive to the forest lane location and I'm very disappointed in Taca Cabana. They used to be great. NOT ANY MORE. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. AND THE MANAGER IS AS WELL. NO CUSTOMER SEVICE SKILLS, NO CARING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. NOT MY PLACE FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE AWFUL ? BAD BAD BAD PLACE TO GO EAT. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. WE ALL CAN DO BETTER. OUR MONEY IS HARD EARNED, AND WE SHOULD NOT SPEND IT ON AWFUL FOOD. AND AWFUL SERVICE ?

Ordered breakfast burritos, one with potatoes and one without, I opened mine up and there was a total of 4 potatoes in my burrito, wish I took a picture of it. There is really no flavor of the food either, it's very bland. The tortillas feel and taste like they warmed them up in a microwave. I will say that the workers there are nice and friendly, It would just be nice if the place took pride in their food, flavor counts.

Taco Cabana as a whole has not been as impressive as before. I've noticed quality issues. The number issue I get is the beans not fully mashed or cooked. I always end up with hard bits of unmashed beans and this location is no different.

Update on the empty tacos I posted a month ago.I spoke to the manager as why are the breakfast tacos being served with little food, she said the tacos are filled with 2oz of food, which I knew they weren't, so I asked please fill it with the proper amount and apparently this is what your taco should look like. After I told her she got an attitude and when I got my bag of tacos she threw it on the table, just seems like the food left over is making it's way to their homes. Tall Mexican lady with tattoos. I guess complain and you'll get your proper amount of 2oz portion. Not trying to be a sore thumb, but you should get what you pay for. The portion from before and now is a huge difference.

I would have given 0 stars if I could. Service was horrible. I was double charged for my meal and have had little response to my call requesting refund. Because of language differences, it was almost impossible to communicate.

Words cannot explain how frustrating my experience was. If you plan on eating here, make sure you cancel your plans for the day. The food, I think, would taste great but you will never know since they take hours to make it. Sometimes you get soo frustrated you end up leaving.

Worse taco cabana ever! Idk how they are still in business honestly! 40 min for food breakfast tacos!?. A Lady there complained that she had been waiting for 30 I gave them the benefits of a doubt that maybe she had a bigger order. 5 min after she complains. They come out with a small bag... i thought my order would be next! No. I had to leave and ask fora refund. I will never be going back to this place. I can't believe I waited that long. So disappointed

I've worked fast food/food services plenty so I try my best to be understanding, but this location is a hot mess. I ordered a Togo order of the Street Taco Platter, a frozen marg, and some churros. I decided to go inside instead of drive through bc I like to choose my own salsas from the sauce bar, but it was already closed down 2 hours before closing- no biggie. I know drive thru is priority so I was expecting a wait, but not 30 mins. The drive through was relatively slow & there were only 3 customers inside including myself. One of which was a door dasher. She had to wait about 15 mins for her order and when she finally received it, somehow the food dropped out the bag and spilled all over the floor when the employee handed it to her. The employee helped the door dasher put the food back in the bag and handed it back to her. I'm not sure who was most negligent in that situation. The employee who put the food back in the bag, or the door dasher who thought it was okay to deliver it? The other customer was a very kind gentleman who walked in about 5 mins after I ordered. He only ordered two tacos. That poor man waited 25 mins for 2 tacos. He did not receive his food until I received mine. I know this because they handed him my order. He redirected the staff and informed them that the bag was too large to be his order and it was likely my order. I opened the bag & his two tacos were in my bag. I handed him his tacos and quickly realized my order was wrong. The Street Taco Platter comes with beans, rice, and two flour tortillas. I only got the tacos. I informed the staff and they gave me the correct order shortly after (minus the two flour tortillas that should have been included). At this point I was hungry and didn't care to argue. By the time I got my order, my marg was melted, the rice was cold and crunchy, the refried beans looked like a hockey puck, the churros were stale and could be used as drumsticks. It likely the food was old and had been sitting out anyways. Not sure why it took so long to receive it. On a positive note, the melted margarita was tasty & hit pretty strong considering I had it on an empty stomach. Between the floor food incident and the rice grains that were so hard they looked like they were never cooked, I decided it was best to give the food to my trashcan.

This place is a disaster. How does Taco Cabana run out of queso? A drive thru order takes twenty minutes. I literally thought they forgot about me sitting out there waiting. Food is usually good. I drive by here often and always wonder why there’s never anyone here. It’s got to be because it’s slooooooowwwwwww. Keep driving and go somewhere else!!!
