Went in and immediately very friendly staff and knowledgeable about the items on the menu. They were able to help me find exactly what I was looking for after a workout. The Owners shake is deliciously light, yet filling. This is a hidden gem in Murphy for those looking for something on the tasty side but also healthy side.

Great service/atmosphere & delicious protein shakes! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back to try everything but I got the brownie batter shake which is 10/10.⭐️
