My first time here during happy hour. I ordered a chicken bowl, a trio sampler, and a sucker punch beverage with Grand Marnier on top. The drink was ok, but watered down with ice. Next time, I will make sure to say light ice. I have never had a drink with such excessive ice.

Not a pleasant customer service experience at all!!! This was my first time ordering from Torchy’s, I signed up on- line for rewards and received a” free large queso” with any $1 order. When I placed my order the reward would not apply. I called the store and they said I have to wait 24 hours to use the reward… this IS NOT stated online. When I went to the store to pick up I explained this to the cashier and showed her the reward offer,she told me I could buy something and they could redeem it that way!? So after spending $75 online, telling me on the phone it takes 24 hours ( not stated anywhere online) get there in person to be told I can buy more to redeem the reward….. very disappointing and not a good customer service experience at all!!!!

Tried this place for the first time and I was suprised that the quality and flavor was higher than I expected. This place blows taco cabana out of the water, the fajita steak had a great grilled flavor to it and the salsa was good. I recommend this restaurant.
Finally had the chance to try the new Torchys in Murphy. Very quick service and the food was fantastic! Enjoyed their Sangria as well.

The manager, Chelsea, was so amazing! Even though my order was to go, she went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect and packed with care. Super friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in great service. You can tell the place is really well run — I’ll definitely be ordering again!
