Do NOT get an Acai bowl. They are frozen. When I asked if they were meant to be frozen, the man claimed that they are all served that way because that is the only way to keep it fresh. He also told me that it would melt quickly. It did not.

First time in, I have never been to a tropical smoothie before! Took a second to be approached no biggie, but wasn’t even greeted. He just said, “what can i get you.” I told him, “I would like the paradise point please” and asked him what the sizes are, he replied “one size” as he put his hand up with a shrug. I told him this is my first time in that’s why I asked, he replied “one size” I said thanks. I asked if the manager was in today, me knowing he was the manger because he was wearing the blue shirt but I said it so he would know I was going to mention something about his customer service. Definitely won’t be back!

This was my first visit to Tropical Smoothie. I tried a smoothie that I wouldn't have normally tried and didn't like it. I talked to the person that was in charge and she didn't offer to make me something else or to help out in any way. I don't think I have ever had this happen where the product that the customer had wasn't to their liking and they offered to do something about it. Really disappointed.We also had a big group in the place. Group 11-12 people who had just spent $200+ in there at 7:00pm on a Saturday. They did not have one other customer the whole time we were in there.

This place is certified. Look at the freshness and deliciousness of that Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It tasted great. Mango madness smoothie was great as well. Place has high quality food

Great food horrible service.Don't offer curbside if not going to provide it. I ordered ahead due to being in a rush. There were atleast 4 workers inside 2 of the girls at the front just standing around gossiping. After 5 minutes I went inside and grabbed it.Again love the food but man service at this location is below subpar.

One of the best combo they have got. Loved the food and the smoothie is fantastic. When you enter warm welcome you get is amazing. Loved the staff, great atmosphere. Easy go and out. Definitely my to go place when i need combo in summet smoothie with food one stop shop. Definitely recommending to everyone who loves smoothie and those who love food do eat food (chicken caprese, thai chicken wrap).

This place is fast becoming one of my favorites, especially when I'm hungover. Two or three avocoladas down the hatch will rescue you! I tried the food today the Santa Fe chicken quesadilla and it's really good! This is one of the only quick service restaurants that I like eating at now! Place the order over the phone and went and picked it up within 10 minutes!

Ordered the Baja grilled chicken wrap and it was very good. The wrap was refreshing, the chicken was moist and there was flavor in every bite. The Wrap came pre-cut which is good since it's so big, I would definitely ordered this again. I also got the sweet potatoes which were pretty much just roasted sweet potatoes with a hint of cinnamon. Great for a healthy "dessert".

Got my usual order lol I order from all over. My smoothie tasted watered down and it was very liquidy (I know that’s not a word lol)… and I pay extra for extra ingredients.. i didn’t like it so I had it remade and it tasted a bit better but I think they’re being stingy with the ingredients here lol I went to the new in Plano the other day (I go to TS majority of the week) and my smoothie was incredible… I won’t be coming back here … having my smoothie remade is annoying, embarrassing and a waste of ingredients.. just make it right the first time ??♀️??♀️.. when I called a guy said he would remake it but when I went back the same girl remade it ?.. I asked her if someone else could do it and she said she would make it better .. I didn’t ask you that lol
