They don't answer their phones. It's a pattern. I had to call headquarters in Arkansas and they couldn't get through either.

In all my days I have never visited a worse Walmart! If they actually had a clue, they'd fire whoever is managing this simply because of the stain they are putting on the Walmart name. They run out of the most mundane things. Walmart markets Walmart +, yet this store obviously hires people who've never shopped for their own food. We constantly get over ripe produce or produce that no sane person would put in their own basket. And did I mention they're always out of most things? Yes! This store is what you get when you hire incompetent people. They're not all incompetent, but most are. If they continue to be a joke, people will simply shop elsewhere. Low prices cannot overcome lack of items.

At self checkout after I rang everything up it required an associate to come and verify my age for buying windshield fluid which is fine. I make a comment how it's redundant to have a self checkout if an associate has to come and enter a pin anyways. SUE this old lady cashier comes and says we'll I could just not enter the code and walk away and she realizes how ruse she was so with a nervous laugh she says but I'll do it anyways. I say everyone is so friendly at walmart to tell her I realized the rude comment to where she says well we try to help of some people let us. I mean these are the employees you got working for you? Really? That's the best you can do. A rude old lady who hates her job and runs her mouth? Come on walmart. I'm sure you can do better than this. I had to take 10 mins of time to do this survey. I hope the store manager addresses her behavior.

Probably the worst Walmart I've ever been to. It's been over 20 minutes and I still haven't received my pickup order. It's not the first time this has happened either. After checking in on their app, I still have to call and beg for my items to be brought out. There have been probably 10 cars pull up, receive their stuff, and leave. The guy working just stares at me like I'm an alien. Edit: After 30 minutes, I left. I guess Walmart wasn't ready to depart with the items I bought.

I went to Walmart in Murphy, TX. I cannot say enough good things about the Bakery department. Lupe took my custom order, and it was amazing, delicious, exactly what I ordered. Really appreciate when staff can get things done and treat others and their special events with respect. Thank you.

Hi, I've been using theccurb side pick up for couple years. I do not like how it over charges you at first on a hold on the account. Then after you pick up order the charge disappears from my bank account 5 days after the purchase and then reappears at the correct amount a few business days later. It's like waiting a week for the correct amount to clear. There's many good deals at Walmart but not the best at curb side accounts. Also, there is less choices for products over all and no good small quantity toilet paper brands. Most of your toilet paper is $10 or more & that's a crazy price. A single person does not want to buy a ten roll pack. I'll shop for paper goods somewhere else.

THE BAKERY IS AWESOME! Our Gender Reveal cupcakes were beautiful, moist and delicious! They are not on the website or anything, so I called to see if they could make some since they already do cupcakes with a filling. Stephanie said sure! We did a dozen; 6 chocolate and 6 vanilla filled with baby blue buttercream filling. Less than $10 for a dozen too! Stephanie is so sweet and helpful! She's just Amazing!

No cash at the quick check, no cash back options so I get to wait in a line if I want to use or get cash? This is completely unacceptable and needs to be remedied. Very disappointed in thus walmart but this is the final straw.
