There was one customer in the drive thru. We went inside to sit down with our kids. No one came to the counter to take our order. They even made eye contact with my husband and still no one came over, no one greeted us. No one said be with you one second. Awful experience. We just walked out.

Tried this location many times... it just gets worse. Today, they kept making the order wrong. We waited for a few mins before someone even acknowledged us because they were dancing. The manager was on her cell phone, on speaker, very loud. The furniture is rusty and dirty. My chicken was cold.

Wendy's is my favorite fast-food restaurant for lunch. I love that I can get a tasty small burger with lettuce, tomato & pickles (Jr. Cheeseburger delux). Also love the salads.

OkI tried them again - take out order-and again they failed. Ordered a baconator and they gave me a single - I think , fries tasted like they had been double fried. From now I go across street to Braums for my burgerMessed up the order . Forgot french fries, can't trust them toget order correct. Poor customer service. Won't be back.

They keep changing staff and still can't get it right. Visited several times and service is incredibly slow. Not normal for a Wendy's establishment. Then the food is overcooked and dry and just not right for what you pay.

Once I pick up an order customer order Chili's potatoes. The store was out of ?️ chili. However the store decided to give out an extra ?? potatoes to the customer. She is happy to accept it. Good customer service. Great ? location which is in front of super Walmart. Nice dining and warm seating atmosphere. Self and fast service !.

Do Not Eat here! Especially in the mornings. Had a bisuit w cheese bacon and egg. It was awful. Cheese was cold, and there were egg shells in my biscuit.?

WORST EXPERIENCE HERE. SPENT OVER $30 and got the worst customer service thru the drive thru. The lady working it was incredibly rude as well.Avoid this Wendy’s at all costs unless you wanna get yelled at for simply trying to place an order.
