Maybe had them on an off day. Was not impressed by their food. Their Dolma was terrible which is typically my favorite.
I like the food but their phone number never works! I have tried multiple time to order food but the phone is either disconnected or no one answers!
I just placed an order via Uber Eats. The chicken is so old , seems reheated. No flavor. I would had been better off going to Kroger to get a baked chicken. The hummus is barley smeared on the container for $5 and the pita bread it’s also old and it doesn’t taste good.Save your money.
Yanni's will satisfy your craving for many top Grecian favorites. All the landlocked specialities are done very well here under supervision by the attentive Greek proprietor. Atmosphere is far above what a shopping strip pad would suggest from the outside. Friendly and knowledgeable service. BYOB
Delightful! The food was awesome and staff was so friendly and on top of it. They treated us to a piece of blueberry which absolutely delicious! Will be there again soon!
We went to Yanni’s Greek Cafe for dinner about 2021-08-03. It is ESE of intersection of Murphy and 544 in Murphy. When you try to find it on-line, it gives you several locations in Plano and elsewhere, but it is SE of the McDonalds and east of the fitness center that used to be a grocery store in Murphy. The Trip Advisor map pin for this place is very misleading. Trust me! Our service was excellent, and our food was served up promptly. Our waitress was from Colombia, but understood at least a few words of Greek. She took great care of us! She told us there were Greeks in the kitchen, and the food quality certainly reflected that. My wife had a gyro plate, and I had chicken souvlaki. It was all excellent. We split a baklava for dessert. It was marvelous – moist, chewy, and flavored of honey and pecans chips. Perfect! The atmosphere was good - dim, fairly quiet, good decor for middle eastern place. There are a lot of Greek restaurants in the North Dallas area, and this is one we can highly recommend.
Great food. Wonderful people. We will definitely be back. Oh and its a BYOB.
Yanni's was a definitely a treat! I'm Lebanese and this hit pretty close to home! The food was great. They were out of dolmas but the hummus, tzatziki, Greek salad, gyro meat, baked pastitsio, greek style chicken...all of it was delicious!! I really enjoyed my food and I will be back next time I'm that way!
Just moved here around 30 days ago.. been trying to support local businesses and Yanni's was fabulous!! My husband was very happy with food. It's a family run businesses and the food was great. It's located in a small strip mall, and small restaurant, but don't let that stop you. It's great. I got Yanni's special and as you can see ..even sharing with my husband, it was still more than enough. Highly recommend you stop in.
I can't remember a time that I disappointed with Yanni's, until now. The only good thing was the Gyro meat. The tomatoes and onions that were on it were ridiculous in the sizes they were sliced, and thrown on it. I paid $2.49 extra for fries that were the amount of a McDonald's small fries; that were cold, old, and barely seasoned. Needless to say, I will not be returning. And I highly recommend people going else where.

I really like the Gyros at Yanni's. My glass never went empty.
Fantastic little hole in the wall! Wonderful pita and hummus! Everything we had was great! Service was impeccable ?
I love yannis soooooooooooooooooo good
Great authentic food. Cozy atmosphere, very friendly owner. Reasonably priced for their portions.
Staff was not wearing a mask. The gyro salad is heavy on lettuce, good on meat but hardly any other ingredients.
