I have had nothing but problems with this Chik Fil Et location. They actually owe me 3 free sandwiches from all the complaints I have had. No drive up and park for mobile orders, always forgetting condiments, always charging for deluxe sandwiches even when you tell them no deluxe, overcooked fries, and an ownership team that could care less!!!

Staff on duty today were so friendly and attentive. I have never been offered a refill while still sitting. Today I was! Even received candy for my little one. This is the best chick fil a I have ever been to. Play area is very clean as well! Great job, chick fil a!!

Very impressed with my visit, Jordan D. was awesome. I felt like I was in a family restaurant with friends. Jordan took care of anything we needed, treated us like we were family. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

The manager himself couldn't tell me himself that he needed my service animal and I to eat outside. Instead sends another employee to send us outside. Very unprofessional to send someone below. Probably didnt even realize my dachsund was a service dog. Then when we decide to leave and eat elsewhere, my husband finds that they did not even give us his chicken sandwich. Unprofessional managers/team leads.
