Fantastic customer service from a very sweet lady. I wish I got her name but she greeted us the moment we walked in. The restaurant was extremely clean in both kitchen and dining are. The only compliant I have was I wanted a plain burger and got all the toppings instead but from the good experience I wasn’t too offended.
Every time we go there is a problem. I went to pick up a 40$ order that i requested sauces for and they weren’t in the bag but I couldn’t even ask for them because all of the employees including the manager were arguing at the drive thru window right in front of me. One employee was holding my food in his hand with the window. open while all of them argued and the manager finally told the employee to give me my food. I checked my order still at the window and went to ask for...
Order a Whopper Jr sandwhich, repeated back to me, but was unsold and charged for a Whopper. I did not realize until I opened it then checked my receipt! $2.10 + tax more than I wanted.
