The drive thru was a nightmare! From taking forever to get my order to waiting even longer to get my food.

My food was great, but the wait at the drive thru was incredibly frustrating. I know every body has their bad days, but I am not the only person who has complained about this. Seems to me like management needs to enforce a better operating procedure.

We called in an order and 20 minutes later I went in to pick it up. The lady took my money and said it would just be a couple of minutes. So I waited and waited and was getting frustrated and went to the counter and asked if my oder was ready, she asked the cook who nothing about my order,well I said give me back my money, which they did. I asked the cook why my oder wasn't ready and she didn't know,grrrrrrr

Stopped by recently for lunch with my family. Joseph was super friendly and great customer service when taking my order and Vanessa was awesome- her laugh is contagious! Even in the midst of a little lunch rush my order was delicious and delivered to my table! The whole crew was laughing and you can tell they work well together. I thought bc of it being a small town it would be super busy but it wasn’t initially and even with the little rush service was superior. I’ll stop by again when ever I’m back in town.

The drive-in line was frustrating. As I was turning into the line from the road, a truck cut me off and got in line, blocking me, so I had to go back around the block, was stuck in turning lane forever. I finally had to park and walk in. Which is difficult for me, I am handicapped and have cancer. Just climbing back into my vechicle with my chocolate dipped cone was a struggle. I live 20 miles one way away from the DQ.
