I wouldn't know how the food was because we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru with one car ahead of us at the window. The employee told us he would be with us in a moment but he never took our order. So we finally left. There were 3 employees that I saw working and they were that slow....

Been here many of times, service is hit or miss. The food has been decent, but the drive thru is a real wildcard. If you're planning on ordering a meal, they're gonna forget something. Recently they forgot the cheese on my burger. Their dipped cones were pretty rough too, seems like the crew needs training. The customer service was ok, but it's a revolving door, so good service isn't consistant.

All 1’s because I don’t know how the food, service, or atmosphere is since they’re always closed when we get there. My last 3 visits the hours have stated “open until 10pm” showed up each time 30mins-1 hour before 10pm and the outside lights were off and they were not answering the drive through.

I have always loved the stop sign of Texas. But recently they decided to double the breading on their steak and chicken fingers. I'm sorry but if you want to continue to bring us old timers and then you need to give us what we grew up with.Please know that the quality of your french fries has approved exponentially.The staff at this location were extremely responsive and they always had the tables cleaned off as soon as other patrons left.Props to the owner, negative two the food changes :-(PS the gravy is still awesome!
The service was really slow. It took 30 minutes just to get two blizzards. Inside the store was very dirty and the entire staff acting like they hated their job and didn't want to be there. I would stay far away from this Dairy Queen.
