Zero stars. My granddaughter said you came to their field day and whoever served her was extremely rude. She’s in 3rd grade and did not understand that she was not allowed to get something from the adult menu. The person asked her why she couldn’t read the menu then told her she had 30 seconds to choose something else. Great way to treat children! Never ever use this business!Thanks for the response below, but I know my granddaughter, and she never would have even mentioned this to me if she had not been extremely embarrassed and humiliated by someone serving her. The person indicated she was not smart enough to read. This was at Lincoln Elementary last week in Montgomery.It may be your aim to treat everyone with respect, but that’s not what happened.

I highly recommend emergency sweets ice cream truck ❣️ Ms Joan is the sweetest ice cream lady 💜 The ice cream is delicious. This is a wonderful addition to any event !!! 5 + ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were lucky enough to finally have Emergency Sweets come out to one of our Trail Fests this weekend and they were absolutely wonderful: timely (this has been a serious struggle for us with trucks over the last year), incredibly kind, great service and stocked with all the goodies for people trying to beat the heat. Hope to have them at our next one!

I would highly recommend this. They are a wonderful family business. The kids and adults loved them at our water park party. Priced very fair. Will definitely have them out again.
