Ordered a DOUBLE MEAT burger with only cheese onions and ketchup got a single meat burger with no onions just cheese and ketchup and tasted dry as hell. I order online and have my fiance pick it up and they have gave us the wrong items or not made right every time but unfortunately is the only one near us that’s 24/7.

I never say anything, but TONIGHT piss me off ! I’ve had enough of the poor ass customer service in this town ! This is exactly Why I don’t spend my money here ? Forst off the little boy at the window who appears to be 18/19, couldn’t count the correct change back after my order was $19.79 and he was given $20.85, it’s really sad that you working with money , and CAN NOT properly count . THEN I get down the road to eat my egg rolls and they are COLD AND RUBBERY as if they were NOT freshly dropped….. so I go back again to return them and ask for FRESH COOKED egg rolls, ? then the “manager guy” had the nerve to have a sarcastic ass attitude , I wasn’t rude at all even though I was pissed, I just wanted some FRESH egg rolls, but since he was a smart ass and shoved me the bag, With a comment and slammed the window, I proceeded to ask for the Corporate # and their store # , to which he lied and said he didn’t know… ? oh really, ok no problem I found it on my own and I’m calling to report! I will NEVER give my service to this store again!!!

Clean and seemingly new. The bathroom had no soap and no paper towels. How are the staff supposed to wash their hands before going back behind the counter? Didn't want to chance it so we left.
