I parked at the truck.Stop across the street walked over there.Ordered and paid for a total of 4 tacos.By the time I walk back across the street back into my truck.I only had 2 of them so you stolen from me.Maybe if the girl taken the order would put her phone away she could pay attention

Absolutely 100% without a doubt the worst fast food restaurant when it comes to service that I have ever been in the United States I have stopped at this location so many times and every single time they have messed up my order. Whether it be a mix-up with cheese sticks..... Or simply just not handing me an item. They will most certainly charge you for it when it comes to remembering to give you a drink.... The most basic basic things to remember this location cannot do the basics.
There could be a line of zero people and they will make you drive around to the front of the building even when you order just a chicken sandwich and a Powerade. I have so many reviews for great restaurants, and even give credit to fast food locations when they do a good job.... This location by far I do not understand how they're still in business.
Look through my reviews and see, I rarely leave a bad review.. this Jack in the box takes the Cake when it comes to terrible terrible terrible service.
I can't rightfully stop here anymore because I know without a doubt they will mess my order up.

Someone please look into your staff because they either don't know what they're doing, or they're seriously shorting people their items. There are people out there that are struggling to find a job right now that would gladly replace the individuals who just simply can't remember to give you your items.

Manager there open mic and very rude on drive-through rushed me through drive-through food was cold. Waited 20 minutes for my food. I had two burgers and chicken nuggets that’s it. The guy needs to be fired has no customer service enthusiasm.

I went this morning with my wife we ordered a #21 and #23 both combos but we were just amazed by Alejandra she respond quick on the drive thru and when we got to the window she received us with a Great smile and attitude, you don't get this attitude frequently at a restaurant specially early in the morning! Food was freshly cooked and delicious btw Love it! 👌
