Ordered online for pickup. Got a message saying my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived lobby door was locked so I had to go through the drive-thru to pickup up my order. Waited behind a car for almost 15 minutes. When I received my order a chicken, bacon ranch melt with bbq wings. Everything was cold, the wings were horrible and the melt had a few pieces of chicken and tasted horribly

When you order a pizza and ask for a specific style crust. You can expect not to get what you ordered. It’s like you pay for whatever they want you to buy. They don’t even have the decency to call and let you know that style crust isn’t available. Or even let you know when you’re picking it up that it’s not what you ordered, but you’re still going to pay for it.

I have eaten here a few times. Never had pleasant service ever. Makayla has made several of our visits unbearable. But what I saw last night I have no words for. I was getting gas when I saw several of your staff including a manager yelling at a customer in the parking lot. I get the fact customers make us all mad as I am in retail. But to fallow one out cussing is very unprofessional. The one that stood out with her mouth going and her hands in the air was Makayla. Does not surprise me as she talks to the customers like they are dogs. Don't know what the matter was over. Do not care. But to have a staff member and a manager that were probably on the clock cussing out a customer is very wrong. Sad for the business. BUT THIS IS WHAT YOU ALLOW. P.S the manager that was involved was in a red suv type vehicle. Wrong.

Square cut not correct. Pizza made incorrectly. Not well done as requested. I was told I had to drive back the 15 min. To return the pizza and have it remade.

Stopped by here and tried the lunch buffet. It was the equivalent of what you would get from CiCi's Pizza or Little Caesar's Pizza. I expect better from Pizza Hut, considering that they have much higher prices. The staff was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was typical.

Put some new types of pizza for their buffet menu.
The service here has always been pretty good and will work with you on special requests/concerns. I normally get the biggest meat lovers pizza, and it will easily last me that night and even breakfast. My partner loves their chicken Alfredo pasta deals they got on the app (the reward system actually works, unlike Jack in the box)

ordering through the app is better. when you order over the phone compared to ordering online or through the app there is noticeable difference in pricing and the rewards add on quickly in exchange for freebies. usingdelivery i have always had a pleasant delivery driver and using the app i find it easier then communicating over the phone.
