Awful service, no one seems to know what to do. Several opening tasks left undone and as a door dash driver I was waiting day too long for my order. They had no chicken ready and took their time getting it ready. The floors were soaking wet with no wet floor sign and a mop sitting in the lobby.

We didn't check the reviews, and we regret it.
My wife and I were pulling a trailer and we're looking for somewhere we could fit, and this gas station/restaurant has more than ample parking.
We ordered 2 sandwich combos and an extra biscuit. We sat there as customer after customer got their food. The Manager reassured me our sandwiches were getting made about 12-15 minutes in. I watched other sandwiches go out. Another employee assured me our food was coming. She knew we were waiting and she would throw in something extra. I replied that I wasn't worried about extra. I just wanted our food so we could get on the road. Another 5 minutes, another customer in and out. Other customers noticed and commented about our wait as they leave.... I ask again and the manager says one is ready, waiting on the second. I know it was at least a 25 minute wait, could have been 35 minutes before we finally received our food.
We load up in the truck and find no biscuit. My guts were messed up that evening.
I'm not one to go here, but another customer raised the issue in these reviews so I will raise the issue as well. I think it was a race thing against my wife and I. The entire crew was black. Out of the 10ish other customers I saw one was Hispanic, otherwise all black and all quickly served. The wife and I are white.
Navasota is a beautiful little town, but I will remember it for the worst experience at a Popeyes I have ever had. I could have sat down in a restaurant and got better food and served faster than this simple order.
Parking: Located along a gas station with ample parking, if it's not super busy you easily can pull in with a trailer.
If this is the Popeye's from Anderson Texas I was surprised on how good the chicken breast was so big and the biscuits so delicious and buttery. But I can't say too much about the rude and unfriendly people, especially the girl that waited on us, (the cashier). She did not greet us nor give a smile or nothing!! I'm glad I don't have to see her again. We were just passing through from Houston looking for a hotel room.

Their chicken is not cooked completely and the manager is not doing her job by telling her staff serving hot fresh food and keeping the restaurant clean. I just recently threw up eating the chicken and that's why I stopped going to Popeyes. And the manager and staff are not doing their jobs, and they're unprofessional at their job tasks

We went thru the drive thru. I think they had to go catch and kill the chicken before cooking and serving it to us. Car in front of us gave up and left. We were too hungry so we sat there for another 15 minutes to get our food that never came. We gave up went to sonic . It’s supposed to be FAST food. This was ridiculous. I’d say we won’t come back but it’s a small town with limited choices.
