I ordered a popcorn shrimp meal on the app. Drove 15 minutes to pick it up, only to be told at the window that they do not have popcorn shrimp or regular shrimp available. How does this happen? How is the order even accepted? The staff was nice about it, but it doesn't excuse my loss of time driving and then having to go through the app to reclaim my money. They couldn't even refund me at the location...I have had several issues with this location. Steer clear.

Straight Trash. 🤮 From the wait staff to the food. Cleanliness behind the counter where the food we order is held was very disappointing and sickening. I will be calling in on them. But I'm sure they really don't care. This Restaurant really gets a 0 rating in every category from me.Specifically asked for Fresh fish and fries. They gave me Old food straight up .....

This location should be shut down..I’m surprised it isn’t already. Went there and was trying to order but no one came to the speaker. Even after me saying hello a few times. This has been an ongoing problem at this place for years. Either they don’t have food, you are waiting forever, or your order is wrong or all three. Something has to give! I’m not understanding why no one higher up will see the numerous 1 star reviews and do anything about this place. Needs a complete overhaul.

Order an 8 piece meal. Chicken was under cooked and service was poor.
The service is terribly slow. On a long road trip and I'm exhausted, took over 30 minutes to get my food. So disappointing.

Every time I come something is missing or incorrect from my order came today and of course half my order is missing the other half is cold. I’m done with this location and when you try and contact customer support all they wanna do is add bonus points to your account.

Love Popeyes chicken but for some reason this place never has any. Tried it again this past Sunday as I crave it but get disappointed EVERYTIME. The only Popeyes around Waited 7 minutes in drive thru when no one else was in line. Placed my order for a 4 piece meal, white meat only with a side of red beans and rice and another side of coslaw. Got to the paying window to be told they don't have any chicken ready now this is 12:30 lunch time and Id have to wait. Also was told not to order the coslaw. I was disappointed but waited as I really was in the mood for it, told them I'd wait but cancel the coslaw. Received my order to find dried out chicken inside like it had been sitting all day when I got home. 1 breast, one wing and a thigh was also in the box, not what I had ordered and lacked 1 piece of my 4 piece order. This has been a on going situation for the last 5-6 years. Please get a better manager and employees that like to work and like to cook for craving customers like me.

Prehistoric chicken. I ordered a 3 piece, and the chicken was absolutely dried out jerkey. Probably days old and microwaved many times. The chicken sandwich was good.
