Worst Popeyes business out of Navasota thru Bryan. It’s roaches, they don’t keep it clean unless it’s a good crew worker on shift. And the manager are very disrespectful. I don’t know how they even have employees. Waits on are too long. And the managers always leaving. It needs more improvement over there.

2024 REVIEW- WOW!! Since last visiting 1 year ago, how things have improved 100%. Very fast, delicious, hot food with friendly staff. Don't recommend the mac & cheese or strawberry biscuit. So the next day I took them back w/receipt and got mashed potato and apple pies in its place. Friendly about food return, and didn't make me feel ashamed or petty. Thank you. Price for 10 piece family meal with extras was still $55 w/their in-house coupon. When I asked about specials inside, manager gave me a coupon from drive-thru with better unadvertised price. Thank you for being so great and respectful, with HOT delicious food! I enjoyed my visit as much as food. Devoured every last piece.LAST YEAR 2023 REVIEW: Overpriced. Friendly and fast. Rolls so hard, got 4 was due to get 5, had to throw them away. Missing 1 thigh and got bony wing instead. Chicken appeared oddly cut, small pieces, and not what you used to get for the same money. Didn't advertise any specials for food needing large family meals. Found out at checkout window they had a better deal sold to car (amount due) in front of me. So because they didn't advertise specials, we overpaid $20. And I asked at drive through upon order what their specials were. My $25 family box 9 pieces and 2 extra sides cost me almost $55.!!Parking: Drive thru and walk in available. New fish sandwich available, looking forward to trying this. Sounds good.

Worst Popeyes ever to go to! I love Popeyes, but not at this location. 25 minutes waiting in a drive through. Only 2 other cars, get to the window and she didnt know what happened to my order! Took my order AGAIN, then proceeded to throw my food together in front of me...now sick to my stomach all night. NEVER AGAIN!

Well, the food was horrible, I hate to say. I ordered the hot chicken sandwich and got the blackened one, and my fries were one degree above cold. Maybe it was an off for then cause I really like Popeyes food.

I've waited several visits before deciding to post publicly. Drive thru routinely takes 20 minutes or longer. Food is usually either incorrect, burnt, or dry. The staff is incredibly dismissive. I understand disliking a fast food service job, I don't expect huge smiles and joyous attitudes, but I expect more than just taking my card without a word and handing me an incorrect order. Manager raises her voice at the employees in front of customers. The only possible way to get food here is door dash

White people beware!!! FOOD WAS LACED! Lady at drive through killed me with kindness. “Yes sir!” Like “yes master!” Over and over. Uncomforting behavior. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich when I was the only one in the drive through —sandwich looked disgusting— meat was very small. Put me on a toilet shooting liquid in 20 minutes. Missed my bible study. Lady was young pretty black and had poofy hair. Don’t go there. Sad day to be white.
