I ordered and paid for a 12 inch sub on the app on 8/16/24 using the app. I drive 12 miles to pick up my order and when I go to the counter I am informed they only have Flatbread. I said I want my money refunded and nobody working there knows how to process a refund. I am told they will keep my receipt and give to someone who can process it. Today is 8/20/24 and no refund. I called three times and no one answers the phone. Next stop is corporate to get this straightened out.

Wow for $12 per sandwich it was small said 2x pepper jack cheese and not barely any meat on either footlong. Very disappointed… might just have to give up subway

*Update* just recently went back to see if anything has changed, I went around 3:15 was helped by 2 wonderful woman, idk if lady at vegetables was ocd but damn these veggies are so neatly put on! Idk if there’s new management or what but I was satisfied and left happy, so sad they took away tortillas and switched to flat bread for wraps but it was still delicious, Them girls deserve a raise!
Walked in Saturday around 5 or 6 and everything was amazing and smelled really good, kind young man with blond hair was an angel, he did my meats neatly and was very polite, I get to the vegetables and the second young man was extremely opposite, you could observe that he did not want to be there he throwing vegetables on my sandwich and sauce down after use. Sloppiest sandwich I’ve ever received!

The food has been sub par for quite awhile now, with them either not having what you want to order, or them hardly putting any ingredients on the sandwich itself. You ask for soup, they're out. You ask for a wrap, the wraps are not defrosted, they'll substitute a Flatbread, but then proceed to not put the amount of meat a wrap would normally have. Yet still charge you full price, $10+. Seems management is lacking in organization with inventory and product preparedness.

Food was good, bread kind got crumbly after getting toasted… I did feel bread and it was soft so it has something g to do with toaster oven, regardless food taste great and place looked clean.
I ordered a turkey bacon 6-in sandwich on soft bread. I wanted soft bread because I knew I would be eating and driving my sandwich. The fresh bread was still cooking but he said "oh it's still pretty soft". Within two bites I had bread crumbs all over me and it's probably going to take a leaf blower to get all the crumbs out of my truck. I have given better quality day old bread to ducks. I had to pull over and make a turkey roll up and eat it and throw the bread in the trash. Where is the quality control at this subway?
