A little noisy to have a conversation at your table. The food was great and this was my first time there. We came out and there was a line of classic cars and tat was cool.

I can not tell you enough how much I enjoyed that freaking bacon cheeseburger! The patty was juicy and the bacon was thick cut and crispy. They make thier own patties AND thier own fries!! It's out of the way for me but I'm coming back.

The man who owns this establishment is extremely rude !!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place . Also there is a cat that lives in the icehouse that should not be allowed. The food took forever to come out and the burger was bloody.

This is our second attempt to like this restaurant. Unfortunately we will not be trying a third time. The first visit we wanted the loaded fries. They didn’t have them that day. Apparently they are not on the menu all the time.
The second time we came was for brunch and I looked at menu prior coming. My heart was set on strawberry pancakes. We get there and “no strawberries came in their delivery.” We suggested to maybe make a run to the grocery store. The cashier said, oh good idea.it took over 30
minutes to get our food order. There was only one other table in there restaurant with people at it. Wow. Awful long to get lunch out. I’ll attach a pic too. Please tell me what is wrong in the pic.

Whitehall Ice House Cafe is such a hidden gem!
I’ve had both the bacon cheeseburger and the Cuban sandwich and both are amazing. The burger is juicy, loaded with flavor, and cooked just right every time. The Cuban is just as good crispy, savory. The atmosphere is laid back and welcoming, and the service is always friendly. Definitely one of my go to spots when I’m craving a solid meal. Highly recommend!

I have not tried the food yet, although it looked delicious! The owner and staff were very welcoming and friendly. I went here for farm fresh eggs and local honey... both are great! I will be back for more!

I called ahead of time to ask for two burgers, and the gentleman who answered seemed annoyed. I went in, and the gentleman who had answered the phone still seemed annoyed. While I was waiting for my food, a black cat was walking through the establishment ( if I would have known, i would not have ordered). While I was waiting, a family walked in, in which the little girl also asked the man if a cat should be in there, the man never acknowledged the little girl the three times she repeated the question. I finally received my food. The food looked awesome. I cut the burger in half and started eating. Halfway through my meal, what did I find? Not a cat hair but a woman's hair wrapped up in my fries. I lost my appetite altogether.

Whitehall Cafe, what a wonderful nugget this place is for the Whitehall/Navasota community! My go to meal is the Mushroom bacon cheeseburger and the potato salad. The house sauce is a perfect blend of a smokey zest flavor with a little heat, wish it was available on grocery shelves! I have them grill and flatten the buns and they get it right every time. Their breakfast and desserts are like grandma made and the setting is casual and comfortable! They’re located just off of FM 362 and CR 306. The food and service is excellent!

Best bacon cheesburger I've had in many years!!! The potato salad was delicious too.
Can't wait to try some of the other things on their menu. Reasonable prices too. Highly recommend this restaurant.
