I went thru the drive thru last night around 8.30 on 04/21/24 and sat at the menu board for almost 5 minutes after the guy asked me to hold on. 5 minutes may not sound like a long time but start watching your watch now and you'll see how long it is to sit there waiting. I decided to go across the street to Wendy's and as I drove away I noticed not even one car was in line. Oooh that was Upsetting!!! Not the tenth time I've had problems with this one Burger King! Poor store..
Food is great , went there before ,today went on lunch break almost lost my job waiting 30 mins for food and they were calling four orders after me , I probably won't be bacc .

Ordered a whopper with cheese, gave me the wrong order went back to find 6 otherr people had the wrong order, total chaos, called General manager said she would call me back, not a word, do not recommend this place ever, about once a month there is a scree up but no longer too many incompetent people up to the GM bet the owner must be proud of what he has or just doesn't care, worthless place

We stop at this Burger King every so often and they always give great service. Always friendly staff, clean restaurant and decorated nicely for Halloween too. Food is made upon ordering so it takes a few extra minutes but worth it! Brent was awesome. The owners should be proud of this staff and their establishment. Keep it up!
We got sick right after eating burgers here. There were no costumers or cars behind us and they made us pull forward to wait for our food.We called and spoke to manager and was told they would call us back and we never have heard from them. I DO NOT recommend eating at this establishment.No stars!!!

This Burger King has the best burgers in this area period. McDonald's , Dairy Queen, Sonic , don't even come close to matching the taste of Burger King burgers. I eat here every time I can when I'm in New Boston. They have never gotten my orders mixed up like the others have in the past. Fast friendly service. I love a good Whooper meal meal. It has the best tasting food in this town.
