Horrible McDonald's. It was just awful. They gave me orange juice with no ice and it was hot. My sausage biscuit Sandwich had a bite taken out of it. I just threw everything away, it was disgusting. It was very unclean inside.

Got home to see someone took a bite out of our burger then called to address the issue and they knew exactly what burger we were talking about but claimed it was tore…but still served it to us anyways.

I ordered a coffee. They sent my payment thru then when I got to the window they said the machine was cleaning & it would be 6 minutes. I was headed to work so this was inconvenient. I left and came back. It still wasn't ready. Then I watched a guy who obviously had been burned try and make it , I actually saw his fingers go into the coffee. I felt bad for him because his fingers were burned and he didn't have all his fingers. So instead of saying anything it took the coffee and left. I threw it away.

I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to receive cold food and limp, unsalted fries. There was absolutely zero urgency or care about the wait. Not to mention, there were bugs crawling on the floor and counter.
This is now ranked my least favorite McDonalds. McDonalds Cantrell - you are off the hook!

I ordered two burgers, and I only got one burger from them after I’ve left I tried calling them and everything and they ignored the calls and we’re they not doing anything to get my money back or my burger. they basically just robbed seven dollars from me

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Service is average at its best, food quality has been steadily declining, and they are constantly having problems. Their system will be down, fountain drink machine will be down, they’ll be out of drinks, fries, or something else, pretty regularly. Needs a complete overhaul.
Went through the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes and the employee never said anything so I said hello then she said hold on a minute so I sat there a few more minutes. No response so I had to go inside and order.
