I waited over 20 minutes for my order, only to receive cold food and limp, unsalted fries. There was absolutely zero urgency or care about the wait. Not to mention, there were bugs crawling on the floor and counter.
This is now ranked my least favorite McDonalds. McDonalds Cantrell - you are off the hook!

I ordered two burgers, and I only got one burger from them after I’ve left I tried calling them and everything and they ignored the calls and we’re they not doing anything to get my money back or my burger. they basically just robbed seven dollars from me

Worst McDonald’s in the area. Service is average at its best, food quality has been steadily declining, and they are constantly having problems. Their system will be down, fountain drink machine will be down, they’ll be out of drinks, fries, or something else, pretty regularly. Needs a complete overhaul.

Went through the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes and the employee never said anything so I said hello then she said hold on a minute so I sat there a few more minutes. No response so I had to go inside and order.

My expectations at this McDonald's are always low, yet the few times a year I decide to give them a chance they somehow fail to meet expectations I didn't know I had. This trip Fries were cold, tasted like the mystery fries you found under the car seat and the burgers were as tough as jack links Jerky.
I actually turned around and went in as i also didn't get a straw(even though I asked at the windows) and hoped theyd maybe top me off with some fries made this decade, but unfortunately everyone was to busy avoiding eye contact so I left the fries on the counter in case a hungry sea gull came by, as a seabird 800 miles from the ocean might be the only thing to actually finish them. Shame it cost me $11 to experience car seat fast food.
