Nice place that had picnic table seating options which was needed with our puppy who wanted to be out of the car. Super professional team that corrected the order on the spot. The only issue was lack of garbage cans and the one that was on site was jammed full, so that made throwing away the garage wrappers a bit of a issue.

First time going there was this past week. I had got a jr cheeseburger. My jr cheeseburger WAS COLD. like the wrapper felt like it had just came out of the fridge or freezer and the burger itself wasnโ€™t even warm. Not even a hour after eating I got immediate diarrhea and I thought it would go away but here I am two days later still sick from that burger. Yall need to do better and make sure your food is served fresh this is so ridiculous.

MAKE SURE YOU CHECK FOR CONDIMENTS!!! I guess they're trying to save money or something, but none of the condiments I put on in the app were included. I thought I could trust this place. Food was decent I guess.

This is new from 9-23-25. The app was not working due to an issue. Drove in and they speakers were not working well . The carhop came out and took our order. 6 drinks totalling $20. I showed her the app issue. Where it said there was a problem. She said she was sorry.. When the drinks came out, they still would not honor the app price. The new carhop said she would get the manager. The manager was the original carhop. She said that since it was not happy hour, she could not honor the half price. I again showed the app issue on my phone. She said sorry .. GO TO A DIFFERENT SONIC PEOPLE. MAKE SURE ITS A DIFFERENT FRANCHISE. THEY DO NOT CARE IN NEW BOSTON.
The Sprite from one of the machines is nothing but soda water, it's disgusting. This has been going on for months. The other machine is ok... The carhop was very nice and professional and changed our drinks.

Always ask for little to no ice on your drinks. As they will give you it 90% filled with ice. Beyond that they are great.

I enjoy going by sonic daily to get 3 drinks. unfortunately since it's gotten hot, whenever I come in the afternoon about 1 or 2 times a week the sweet tea has soured. I knoe they prabobly keep the tea that's made in the morning til it's gone, but after 8 or 9 hours it's gone bad. I've waited multiple times for them to make a new batch but it gets tiring having to wait 10 or 15 minutes. I thibk they need to dump and remake at like 2 or 3 in the afternoon. or maybe only make 1 pitcher in the morning then the next at half full or some kind of rotation.
