Horrible, I am a truck driver. I parked went in and order my food from the kiosk. Once I receive my food I walked back to my truck to start enjoying my meal before I lay down. FOOD WAS OLD AND COLD. BURGER TASTE LIKE IT HAD BEEN SITTING THERE FOR HOURS. IT WAS SO DRY. I WENT BACK IN TO TELL THEM THE FOOD WAS OLD AND COLD. THE MANAGER(I assumed she was a young Caucasian skinny girl) HAD AN ATTITUDE AND GONE SAY WELL MAYBE IT WAS THE WALK TO YOUR TRUCK. I PARKED LESS THAN A MILE HOW WOULD SOMETHING BE COLD AS ICE AND OLD THAT FAST! THEN SHE KEPT MUMBLING SOMETHING UNDER HER BREATH SO I ASK FOR A REFUND. I WILL NOT ARGUE WITH SOMEONE AT A PLACE WHERE IM SPENDING MY MONEY BECAUSE THE FOOD WAS OLD. THEY WOULDN’T EAT IT SO WHY PAST IT OUT TO OTHERS. DIDN’T EVEN GET MY FULL REFUND, IM STILL SHORT $7.57! I WILL BE CONTACTING HIGHER UP BECAUSE THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHE WAS RUDE!

I am here at Wendy’s right now (Oct. 25 @ 10:04 pm! Why was every car in the drive through asked to park to the side?? 7 cars!!! Saying they waiting on fries, this is ridiculous…. I went in to get my food and the MANAGER got an ATTITUDE with me, really management??? Unprofessional and rude !!

Ordered on kiosk. Can’t sub apples for fries on kiosk so I asked manager. She informed me I didn’t want apples. I asked why she said they are tart. I said I always get them instead of fries due to my diet. She said my choice. I got food then she gave me my cups after asking if I got them. Lemonade and Dr Pepper was out of machine when I asked her she said to use other machine. They need to wipe off counters and serve customers with more respect.

Went in and ordered on the kiosk. Dave's double combo.. as a trucker in a rush grabbed my order and left.. miles down the road I pull out the burger..robbed out of a patty
Horrible drive thru went through the window and all there good burgers have chicken for some reason I wanted beef instead they said it's not possible and then got stuck behind a truck waiting for 1 little bag that took 15 minutes for him to get and I have a video to prove it yall should have a designated parking for yall "drive thru" ?

They charge $7 for the $5 biggie bag, also they need to have a better system than to have cars pull up to the rail to wait on order, it blocks other cars in.

Went in order went fine until it came to my name. I spelled it out for her and she still spelled it wrong. 2nd issue was the drinks. No CO2 so everything was flat. 3rd problem is there is no ice in the lobby. And finally no ketchup in the lobby as well. I understand the place may be busy but that is no excuse for that many issues. Will most likely not be returning

Stopped specifically for Wendy's. Went in. 8am. Stopped specifically for the oatmeal bars that I love and can't f8nd elsewhere. But. Like almost every other time. And every other Wendy's.There's 6 to 8 bars in little holder. B8t they are all so hard you would need a jackhammer to break. Just sad. Product going to waste and prices going up.. ..
