I ordered hot and mild bone in wings and received Parmesan, BBQ, and plain after waiting for 45 to pick up the order through the App. Instead of waiting another 45 minutes for the correct wings I asked for a refund. I was told the refund would have to be issued by the manager in the morning. We will see when I get the refund.

We came in 11/16/25 around 10ish and didn’t leave till 11:29pm to order food to go, and I didn’t feel welcome at all. I was with my dad and we ordered wings. There wasn’t a wait and we waited over 30 minutes for our food and when we tried to food it tasted old and dry like it was leftovers and not freshly made. We are definitely not coming back. I don’t understand why we had to wait so long to get dry and old food. And the staff was not friendly. I highly don’t recommend this location.

Went last n8ght ordered almost $90 worth of food and the server stole my points , not only that to top it off he never came back to see if we needed anything or to refill our drinks . Will not be going back to this location very disappointed with this place

Every time I come to this place there’s a 30–40 minute wait even when there are empty tables. They really need to improve that. For that reason, I’m giving them one star.

On Wednesday, November 11th, around 2 p.m., I had lunch here. While I enjoyed the food, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by one of the staff members. After asking around, I learned his name is Jesse, the Assistant General Manager of this location.
From the start of my visit, he appeared disengaged and uninterested. When delivering my food, he was discourteous and brief. As I continued to observe, I noticed similar behavior toward other guests at the bar and even members of the staff. This is concerning, especially coming from someone in a leadership position, and I hope management addresses this and encourages a more positive attitude moving forward.
As a side note, I also noticed him hopping on a foldable step ladder to reposition it rather than stepping down and moving it safely. This seemed unsafe and unprofessional, as a fall could easily result in broken glass or injuries. I sincerely hope this feedback helps improve both the guest experience and safety practices at this location.
11/11/2025, 3:00 pm. Management is showing horrible behavior in front of customers at the the New Caney Valley Ranch location. Asst Manager Jesse is talking to his employees like absolute garbage in front of customers. Snatching things from their hands at the bar with elevated voice. Great way to develop positive culture in the workplace. Shame on you Jesse.

Saturday 10/25. 1pm party of 2. We walked in and were greeted by the host there were a few people waiting to be sat. Host said would be a 5 minute wait for table unless we wanted to sit in bar area. After waiting 10 minutes we opted to go sit in the bar. There were multiple tables open in the bar however they were full of dishes and bused. Our waiter saw us moving dishes to another table and came and cleaned it up for us. The waiter himself was great. He was just in the weeds and had no backup. As soon as we were sad he was friendly and attentive. Took our order with accuracy brought our food out quickly and maintained a great attitude even though he was obviously swamped. Food was good. Had appetizer sampler and the 6 for $19.99 deal.

I’ve been here a few times and the food is great as are the specials. Today I tried to call and see if there was a wait or if we could call ahead. The girl on the phone rudely informed me they don’t offer reservations and hung up on me. The same girl at the restaurant then let us know it would be an hour wait after wasting more of our time in the foyer. It’d have been nice if she’d told me on the phone and saved me the drive but I imagine she spent those 10 seconds on something more important. I didn’t get her name but she had green hair.

Thursday night football having 1 bartender in a packed restaurant is wild.....be better buffalo be better. The wait is wild to sit at the bar.

I came to pick up an Uber Eats order and had the most unprofessional and unsanitary experience I’ve ever seen. When I first arrived around 1:10 AM, I waited at the take-out lobby area for several minutes no greeting, no employee in sight. I did the right thing and waited, but no one ever came. After standing there with no help, I finally went to the bar, thinking someone there could assist me.
There were only 4 or 5 people sitting at the bar. It wasn’t busy, yet the bartender looked straight at me and acted like she didn’t want to be bothered. No “hello,” no “can I help you.” When I said the customer’s name, she said “Who?” with attitude and kept picking up glasses like she was pretending to stay busy.
The restaurant was filthy sticky floors, trash, dirty tables, and cups everywhere. Other workers were just standing around talking. One bald male employee ignored me completely, and another woman across the room gave me a harsh look that made me feel unwelcome. People at the bar smirked while I was being ignored.
After about 20 minutes, I contacted Uber Eats support at 1:29 AM because no one would help me. The customer also called the restaurant twice the first call wasn’t answered, and the second time a man finally picked up and said, “Oh, the order’s been ready.” They knew it was ready and let me stand there all that time. When the customer asked, “If it was ready, why didn’t anyone tell her?” he had no answer. I finally got the order at 1:47 AM. Later, the customer told me the restaurant lied and claimed they “didn’t see anyone at the bar.” That is false — I was standing right there and even spoke to the bartender twice.
I’m an independent 1099 contractor partnered with Uber Eats. This is my own small side business that I take pride in. It’s not my only job it’s a little hustle I enjoy doing professionally. Every pickup represents a partnership between the driver, the restaurant, and the customer. I invest in my own supplies to do my job right. All I ask is the same level of professionalism and respect in return.
This location needs serious cleaning, retraining, and management review. I hope corporate checks the cameras from 1:10 AM to 1:47 AM on October 18, 2025 to see what really happened. The way I was ignored and how dirty this restaurant looked was unacceptable.
More details about this incident will be emailed directly to Corporate and higher management. This review is only half of what I’m reporting. A full, detailed statement with every fact, time, and name involved will be sent to corporate HR, upper management, and executive leadership.
I will not let this go until it’s properly addressed.

The CLEANEST and most well put together BWW bar in Houston.
This location is under great management now. David, the bartender, was phenomenal in attitude and attentiveness. The sweet blonde young lady who greeted us at the bar was also wonderful.
The food was consistent as well.

I love this restaurant so much but, today was the worse day ever. Is barely 9:45 pm and they said they close at 2 am. I as table for 3 and the girl in front said the have no tables available, I turn around but is half restaurant empty 😳 she said they have to clean before they close.
Not even med night and she already sending people home and customers back.
They should ready 6k egg book.
Manager should teach the team about never said no to a Customer.
