my area buffalo wild wings(new caney texas) didnt honor what the website reflects for Thursdays deal pricing. To explain, your website says online only bogo boneless wings on Thursdays. I created an acct placed order and was told the new caney texas store has nothing to do with the online site per the manager. I questioned it because ive never heard a franchise that address comes up on website not honoring pricing on website. I then proceeded to ask if thats the case why am I able to pick up my order from that store if they have nothing to do with the website, he couldn't answer my question. Can this please be explained to me?

The food was really good and i loved the 6 for 20 deal. My only issue was the server. She had a stank attitude and acted like she didn’t want to be there… I tried to brush it off but her demeanor was just not good. It spoiled my appetite and took my food to go. I’ll probably only order Togo from this location for now on.

Doesn't matter if you order hours ahead when you get there you'll wait another 20 minutes past the pickup time but it was actually cooked on time cause they hand it to you cold. Food was disgusting, almost like it had been sitting out 20-30 minutes before they would physically take the time to hand it to me. Girl just disappeared into the back for 20 minutes after asking for my order and came out with 10 orders at once including mine which was ice cold.

To the Owner: Having the right person in management is both smart and essential. Sometimes we forget to say thank you to the hardworking men and women who give their heart to what they do. Personally saw I Mr. Aaron today serving customers, sitting down customers, to check with them. And even stepping into the kitchen when needed. It clear he is making sure everything running smoothly and that everyone is taken care of. Yes, people are paid for their work, but that beside the point. In my personal opinion, you have an outstanding manager one anyone would be proud to have. Thank you again, Mr. Aaron.

I’ve been coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings since it opened, not necessarily because it’s my favorite place, but because my kids enjoy eating there. I’m not saying anything bad about the restaurant—it’s just not my go-to choice personally.
Today, I tried placing a takeout order over the phone. The phone rang for about five seconds before the takeout host answered. I was confirming my wife’s order, so I asked the host to give me a moment. Unfortunately, without saying anything, she placed me back on hold. That hold ended up lasting about 10 minutes.
During that time, my wife drove to the restaurant thinking I had already placed the order. After waiting so long, I added my wife to the call and told her she might need to place the order herself. About a minute later, she called me back and said she was able to place the order right away. That made me feel like my call may have been put on hold intentionally.
I called back again and was immediately placed on hold without anyone speaking to me. I stayed on hold for another five minutes, so I hung up and waited a bit before calling again. This time, I was able to speak with the host and asked to speak with a manager.
I spoke with the kitchen manager, Aaron, who was very professional and kind. I explained the situation to him, and he was understanding and said he would address it with the takeout host. I really appreciated how he handled the situation.

I go in on weekends after work, I sit at the bar. I love Lauren Chelsea and DJ. every now and then they don’t work. This is the second time I’ve had Mary as the bartender. she is very rude, speaks to you in a condescending tone. atleast she did the first time I went in a month or so ago and she was working behind the bar. I came in earlier tonight asked what I wanted with an I don’t want to be here attitude. Fine, it’s late I came in late I just wanted a beer and a few shots before I went home. I work in the industry as well I get it. She rolled her eyes every time I asked for a shot. simple crown chilled. nothing too drastic. I said still said thank after every drink she put in front of me didn’t even acknowledge i said something.

Just flat out rude and I will not be going back if she is behind the bar. other than that I love David, DJ, Chelsea and Lauren!!!! always a welcoming vibe when I go in!

Management could do better with people they put behind the bar. and the floor, it’s the face of the restaurant!!

Walked in and ordered to go. Food was cold when I got home (I live approximately 3 miles away). My large order of celery sticks came with 6. My large box of fries was half empty and cold. Please try and do better.

I'm only giving it four stars this time because the chicken was very good which is is always good the french fries on the other hand were way overcooked they were very hard just ordered maybe 45 minutes ago I got my order it was delivered the delivery man was very nice everything was correct but the french fries if they're not warm they're cold if they're not cold they're rock hard we need to figure out a way to keep them fresh if they were any harder I would have been eating wood I ordered 40 wings and two boxes of fries two mountain dews and two root beers everything was correct and it would have been wonderful a five-star rating if the french fries wouldn't have been so bad delivery driver five stars chicken five stars french fries one star

I truly don’t understand how the whole staff at this location hasn’t been fired and replaced. No one greets you when you walk in. They all act like they can’t see you and when they finally acknowledge that you’re there they look like they are bothered by you coming in. They also take minimum 30 minutes to seat you even when the restaurant is almost empty. Any other buffalo wild wing I’ve always had a great experience at. This experience was crazy. Don’t even waste your time visiting this location.
