This location is horrible!!! do NOTTTT go here! their wait time is always super long, they take forever with the food, their customer service is like a 2/10 . i’ve tried it multiple times for dine in and take out and they’re both just as bad. For take out orders i’ve had to get to the point of canceling since they’ve took over 1.5hrs to get an order out. They need to update their wait time for pick up for online orders on their page. For dine in they take at least 20 minutes to get your drink order after you’ve sat down. Go to any other location except this one.

Our server was Vivian.The place was busy but we waited wayyy too long for our "to go" order. She apologized and had great conversation with us at the bar while we waited. We appreciated her. She took our order and didn't have to write it down. We had several different types of wing orders, and a burger and fries. She got it all right. I'm not sure we would've waited that long if it weren't for her. We would've asked to cancel the order and we would've went somewhere else. The wings were pretty dry. It wasn't just one kind it was all of them. I saw several people send things back while I waited. The kitchen must need help or need new help. Vivian is saving face in the meantime! I'm sure saving you money too!

Overall, it was eh. The food was good, our order was a little messed up, but not anything crazy. The server was frequent at the table, but I wouldn’t say good or great. I will say, I liked that we were able to get to entrees and an app for less than 35$. You can’t get that a most places anymore. I would go back!

Order # 1030015 for delivery- the Hatch burger & tots. Not a napkin to be had. Greasy burger including the bun, over salted, onions were huge chunks & the bacon crumbles tasted like straight up cheap salad bar imitation bacon bits.

Was there with my son for 25 min on a Tuesday was nearly any people in there and never had a server to ask us what we wanted to drink this is my 3rd time here and honestly it’s the 3rd time I’m disappointed I guess that’s it for me on this place

The wait time for a party of 7 was the most reasonable thing about our visit. 15 minutes before our waiter Sebastian got to us, I sat without a refill for 30 minutes, appetizers took forever to get to us, my wife ordered a salsa without pico that was completely forgotten about. The time it took for the food to come was unreasonably long as well. This dining experience is top 5 in the category of worst dining experiences I’ve had.
We waited 20 minutes to get seated in and asked a worker if we could bring in outside food since she’s allergic to chicken and the host in front said it was okay . Once we got seated in and ready to order , a blonde pony tail guy which I guess he was the manager at the restaurant told us last minute that we cannot have outside food inside the restaurant so he waited for us to leave and order to go but WE DID NOT ORDER.

Didn't stick around for the UFC event but they had tvs for days! Great service, tried their Mac and cheese burger and I was gonna take half home but I couldn't stop eating ? The beer drafts going around were very tempting but not today, it's family day ?.
