(8/29) At 56 yrs old and a fat man....these are the best ribs I have ever had....absolutely amazing!!!!! Cooked, seasoned, presented perfectly!!! The potato salad was good...but the cole slaw was amazing...there is something in it that gives this amazing after taste...unbelievable....hopefully they never leave their spot...I will be there every Friday....guaranteed!
(9/5) Came back this week, got the bbq beans and mac n cheese....DO NOT PASS UP ON EITHER OF THESE TWO SIDES....UNBELIEVABLE....
and of course, the ribs and banana pudding are out of this world....

Hands down a great bbq spot. My husband and I make great bbq but sometimes you just want to have someone else cook for you and since we make amazing brisket and ribs we are SO PICKY! You will not go wrong wrong C&V. 20 stars all the way!
If you haven’t had Vern’s ribs at C&V Sausage Hut, you are missing out! Everything from the brisket to the smoked turkey breast is amazing and some of East Texas best BBQ.

I just had a chopped beef sandwich from C&V. It was AMAZING! They make their own sausage and gave me a free sample and it was absolutely incredible! Yall don’t sleep on this little BBQ trailer, they know what they are doing!

First of all the food was amazing! I got the brisket nachos and my husband got the brisket plate. The nice young lady that took our order was very nice along with the man cooking in the back. 10/10 definitely recommend and will be going back!
