In over 20 years I had only had one subpar experience at Chick-fil-A, out of thousands of visits. I moved to New Caney early this year, and I just had the worst experience, and that’s on top of 5-6 other poor experiences at this location. After waiting in a very long line I finally get up to one of the young ladies that take your drive thru order, but she tells me they stopped serving breakfast at 10:30. I look at my clock and it’s 10:33, so we both know I was in line before 10:30. She says nothing I can do, they won’t let me order breakfast after 10:30, regardless of it being their fault I didn’t order before 10:30. So now I’m stuck in the line, and can’t order. I get to the window and tell them what happened - I get offered zero solutions, all I get is I’m sorry sir. I said I’ll take almost anything breakfast, surely y'all have something left that you’re just going to throw away, she replied well we still have breakfast orders we are working on so idk what will be extra. I said you’re telling me that even though your line moving supper slow today caused this issue, you can’t just have them make me something, she said no sir. I said know I don’t look it, but I am very upset. She said, I’m sorry. Wow. Chick-Fil-A’s high standards and the founders love for Jesus is what keeps them great and made it God’s chicken, I’m surprised they will allow one location to be ran this poorly.

Such a well-kept establishment. This is one of coolest Chick-fil-A Fil A. The staff is so professional and the hospitality is the BEST. I've never experienced this level of charisma. Of course, the food is fresh. Even the drive-thru is fast and the grounds are well-kept.
