Bread is always stale when I come. I keep hoping the bread would be fresh but no. This past time bread was stale again and the fruit cup fruit was old. Won’t come back here.

Since we moved closer to this chic fila It's okay I just wished they had curbside service, and the food was a little fresher. Where I used to stay I loved that chic fila and it didn't matter what time of day I was there the food was great! I literally ate there almost everyday, but here I very seldom visit, to me curbside moves so much faster too.

Exceptional drive thru service. The dine in visit wasn't as pleasant, service at register was okay. Restrooms needed some tlc and the playground needs to be shut down for at least two days to be adequately cleaned and sanitized. It was filthy.
Consistently exceptional service from a dedicated staff who make every visit enjoyable. The food is consistently delicious, and the welcoming atmosphere keeps me coming back. Five stars without a doubt…not to mention their pup cone aka vanilla cone is the best around!
Everything was great except after looking on the website we had found a kids play place. So we decided to go in and eat. Unfortunately the kids play area is for 3 yr olds and under. Would have been great to have a heads up on this!

Shelby- This person as a team leader is a joke. “Lead by example” If this is who you have leading your staff, then I understand why this store is rated 2.5 on Yelp and you have so many disgruntled customers. Your staff need to be trained on what it means to give quality customer service. I used to be a catering coordinator of two Chick-fil-A stores. I’m appalled at the way this particular store staff handle customers. I won’t be coming back, I’m just may not need anything to you guys because you feel like customers are disposable by the way that your staff behave.
