Had such a great experience at Chili’s thanks to our waiter, Kevin. He was super attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire time. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out perfect, and he checked in on us without ever hovering. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving great service.
If you go to this Chili’s, ask for Kevin he’ll take great care of you! Highly recommend!

Service was great! Our waitress never let our drinks run dry and was quick to return with whatever we asked for. But the menu updates suck. Taking the skillet queso off the menu really deters us from choosing Chili's alot of times. Add in not serving root beer any more and removing the mini molten cake from the kids menu and Chili's is moving furthur and furthur down our list of preferred restaurants to frequent with our family of 5.

Went for the Wicked margs, but will return for the service. Chris was our server, and he was absolutely incredible. Friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable about the menu. I have some dietary restrictions, and he was able to walk me through the options and suggest a super tasty meal. Our cups were never empty, and we had everything we needed to enjoy our meals. We’ll come back to the New Caney location for Chris. It was a great experience!
