Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of the horrible food and customer service. The place is always understaffed and the food service area is not kept clean. On 04/14 I visited the location that had one server,that appeared to be stressed out. It appeared only 3 employees was working. The server could not tell me the type of meat I was asking about. The lady in front of me was complaining about cross contamination of her food. I finally walked out of the store without food. I didn't know what meat I was being service and the server was treating the food like it was being prepared for animals.This store certainly does not share the organization core values..

I picked my order up in person, the bag felt lighter than usual so I opened it. When I saw how small the burrito was I asked were they being made smaller. The response was "it depends on what gets put in it". When I showed the person how small it was he responded "I don't know what to tell you, I didn't make it". As I was walking out, other staff members asked him what that was about and when he told them, they all started laughing. When I got home and opened the burrito bowl, it was even half the order size as usual. I am very disappointed in the New Caney store today and will not be back to this location. I know that times have changed and if this is your new way of making food, I'm done with Chipotle.Update: Contacted their online customer service and was given a BOGO coupon.

Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of themselves. I come here often and it’s always busy yet the owner can find it in him to staff his location properly, there’s usually only one person working the line and they’ll try to get two or three customers done then have to stop to let those ppl pay. It’s shameful

It was incredibly swamped tonight!! The employees did such a great job, you could see they were stressed but not one employee was standing around. Thank you all!

They stopped making food at 8 pm (3 hrs before close) and told people they won't be making more. People started walking out and the employees started laughing. The guy making the bowls looked pissed and was throwing the bowls together with ingredients flying everywhere, so we knew it would've been a bad bowl from him anyway so we left too. There were about 5 teenaged looking employees all standing in the back doing nothing but standing there talking to each other. No leader, no direction and they just straight up didn't care. At least 10 customers left because they were "out" of certain ingredients and refused to get more. It's ALWAYS a bad experience at this Chipotle. This location needs an actual manager, it's time for corporate to step in and fix whatever they have going on in there. Absolutely horrible, every single time. This will be the last time I ever try to go to this location.

Delicious and fresh food. Ladies, keep an eye on your serving sizes. I was served less than two male customers ahead of me, same order.Vegetarian options: I eat a satisfying meal with no meat and all the veg on the menu.

We went to get an order from Chipotle in Valley Ranch that we placed for pick up. 2 bowls, one chicken and one barbacoa. The amount of meat that was in the bowl was pathetic! The bowl was all rice! We spent $31 dollars on 2 bowls and a chips and guacamole. For that amount of money...you expect a decent bowl. I'm definitely rethinking ever buying from Chipotle again. So ridiculous

Might have left a review before but this is an update. This place used to be really good but the service has gone down and the portion size is stingy. The carnitas is full of fat chucks and again not much meat in my bowl compared to other chipotle locations. I frequent chipotle a lot and this location used to be good but it's not anymore. It's not the freshest or the best flavor. Will be visiting the next nearest chipotle about 15 miles away instead of this one when I want chipotle for the near foreseeable future.

I always go to chipotle . I have no complaints other than I asked for a Diet coke and when I went to get Diet Coke only water came out of the machine . I asked the girl she gave me a Diet Coke out the machine they use by the drive through. I was watching her because I wanted to make sure it was diet .. she did got Diet Coke out the machine but when I tasted it didn’t taste like Diet Coke. Believe me I know the taste of Diet Coke .. cause I am addicted to it.. I guess they are mixing Diet Coke with something else.
