We had never been there. We only came in for a mini blizzard and a dipped cone. Kenneth was at the counter and was friendly and gave off great vibes. He brought our ice cream promptly and it was great.. sorry I didn't take photos. But the place was clean and we felt welcomed and enjoyed our dessert
I come here often, and my experience has been very good. The staff is well-trained and they appear to hire people who have good attitudes, good work ethic and provide good customer service. Along with new items on the menu they still continue to serve the standards that I have enjoyed for decades. I still enjoy a peanut Buster parfait. They were a little busy when we got there but we still received hot fresh food in a timely manner. We received great customer service. The young girl that took our order made a small mistake, realized it & fixed it all with a smile and an apology.
