The pizza was hot once it was delivered so no cold or somewhat cold pizza . They got my order right and they were very friendly. Just love the patience the and customer service that they have .

Great amazing costumer service every single time I visit. This past weekend I went to pickup my order though and it is about the 3rd time my wings are dry and look like they just put one single line of sauce from the sauce container. This aside, my pizza is always good and hot and tasty. Their inside is typically clean and kept up with too. This was just my last time getting my wings so dry and deciding not to comment on it. Unfortunately by the time I got to take a look I was already home so I didn’t get to let the staff know about fixing this before coming online about this occurring issue

I ordered 2 pizza cuz it was buy one get one free one was supposed to be bacon and sausage and I got 2 pepperoni try to call and no answer very disappointed pizza looked all dry tasted dry as well cinnamon rolls were good but my kids had to eat pepperoni

I tried to order pizza from them using my points. And they would not let me use the points on the app or on the website. Additionally, when I called their service line I got somebody overseas that clearly did not care about customer service. They also transferred me to a location that had nothing to do with my area. I apologize promptly to the individual that had to pick up the phone and told him their upper management was absolute garbage. Pizza Hut might be going on my blacklist where I don't order anything from them anymore.

never had a problem with this location. we probably order at least once every two weeks. delivery is always fairly quick. food is always piping hot.
Good staff. They have seating area as well, it’s helpful for family to quickly eat and go.

Horrible customer service. Despite the tracker saying our order was ready before I left the house, I was asked to go wait out front because they obviously forgot part of the order. After waiting a while, it became obvious I was forgotten. I went inside and asked what was happening. My order was just sitting there kidding cold. I complained. The person I complained to did not say a word. Two other people laughed. I went home and told my husband what happened. He attempted to call the restaurant where he was told a manager was too busy to speak to him or provide him with further information for Who to call. He tried to call back later and was hung up on.

Pizza and desert was cold when it got here. Dude stopped at some apartments before he came to my house and spent 10 minutes there. I had a thin crust so by the time I got it and sat down it was already cold after eating 2 pieces. Do not tip the guy named Kevin. I regretted tipping before it even got here. Not again
