We love Five Guys. So much I'd spend $75 to feed my crew and wife, 4 people. But today they sucked. The patties were overcooked and dry. Dry at FG? š And the fries tasted like old burnt oil. Her bun less burger was thrown together, not together. It's the main reason for going, so she can have it. Nothing about today's food was Five Guys. It's so weird. I mean do we go back or is this the slide, how it is now up there? As the owner of a 5star shop in the area I don't give this rating lightly. But it was deserved. Be better.

Food is delish, but the price point is off. Over $50 for 2 adults and 1 child when all you're getting is burgers and fries is nuts. Maybe they could lower the price point if they lowered the crew down to just 5 guys. There were way more workers than customers.

Horrible experience today at this location. I informed the staff member that the floors were very slippery since it was wet outside and the gentleman assisting was nice and said āok thanksā. The manager came from the back and said is there an issue and I said the floor is wet, I almost fell. He rudely said itās not wet, be careful and itās moist in the store. He proceeded to tell me that itās too early to deal with this. I asked for his manager snd he said my name is Charles Bird, thatās all you need to know.
As someone who frequents this location often, I will no longer return. He was rude and dismissive when as a patron, I was simply informing the staff of a potential safety concern. Iām not sure if anyone will see this message but please be mindful that perception and customer service should be lead by the manager and it wasnāt in the instance. 1 star is too high for the recent visit.

It's been awhile since I have been to five guys, and I guess five guys thinks it's still cool to charge separate for everything. Ok, I get it make a profit. We got 4 burgers, grilled cheese, hotdog, shake, two drinks, and two fries, $109. The anticipation is building! Im ready to enter into burger heaven. No salted patty, five guys, your days are numbered, terrible. Literally two slivers of mushrooms, and the grilled onions; I guess I needed a separate upcharge to get a bite full onions. The fries were good, but they are fries with Creole seasoning.
Listen, smash burgers are good, this location, it's a no and the price point is terrible. And if you are going to charge for every item, then it better be damn good. You are missing the mark five guys at 99. I guess you know that, I'm the only family in here at 8PM.

Unfortunately, the food is delicious but $88 for two adult burgers, three kids burgers, five small drinks and three regular french fries is absurd. My burger was dry my husbands was delicious my kids ate. Just disappointed we canāt come back due to pricing.

Food is good. But it was completely empty for the entire 30 minutes I sat in here to eat. Y'all are too expensive. Maybe have more competitive pricing and you might have more customers.

I've visited this location on several different times but by far this was the worse experience.. We arrived & placed our order at 6:12 p.m., cashier called back 2 patties, took the next guest order. it was order #60 in front of us, our order #61 & then order #62. We're patiently waiting & I start noticing the young man on fries was taking extremely long with making fries, placing in bags & calling out for pickup. It was taking him so long that I was able to witness the manager give an employee who was off his check, sign for it & even tell him where he could cash since he didn't have a bank account & still our order wasn't ready! The young lady who took our order walks to the guy doing fries & asked him why he didn't call out an order that was ready & he tells her he was busy? that's literally his job but she calls out order #60! now I'm frustrated & walk up & state plz hurry up & stop playing with the fries as I need to leave! then & only then the manager asks what's the problem? the problem is I need to leave & he's playing with the fries! she proceeds to say it's his 3rd day or 1st day on fries & he's in training! if that is true then someone should be assisting or at best monitoring him which was not the case! I didn't leave until 6:29pm. so now my burger is cold & he OVERCOOKED the fries & they are extremely hard! I'm livid
