The waitress Trinity was amazing! Very down to earth and courteous. I love their queso and the fact that they serve their salsa cold NOT heated up. It's bright and colorful, but to me the food is just average so it's too pricey for just mediocre food.

Food is usually pretty good here, however I cannot say the same thing about customer service. Last Friday I ordered some food through their website and unfortunately not all my order was delivered. When I called they told me they couldn’t do anything about my order, because a third party (Favor) was the one who delivered my food. They told me to contact them, even though I didn’t order through their app. I have not been able to reach out to Favor and the managers of Gringos have not offered any help. I am extremely disappointed for their service and would definitely advice not to order from their website, as they are not prepared to help their customers and make things right.
