I usually love this restaurant and have been coming here for a while, but my most recent experiences were disappointing. I placed an online order and arrived at the designated pickup time, but the staff member didn’t seem to know how to check online orders and didn’t even realize mine had been placed. I ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes while it was made.
On top of that, the food was overcooked and the meat came out really tough, which has never happened before.

First of all the food is good. I've eaten here quite a bit and only has it been a miss. The gyro was a little on the dry side. This place really misses on the customer service though. Other than when they first opened seems like only one person is running this place so orders can a take a while. Definitely needs to be addressed. The place is clean, with AC, and has a restroom but it's really more of a take your food to go kind of place.

So good. My only complaint is that several times I have ordered the salad but got the bowl instead 🙁 which is unfortunate I’m not a fan of the rice and really enjoy the salad.

The food was Excellent! A fabulous meal - The flavors were authentic and portions were large - definitely great value for money. A must try for foodies. The service was timely and friendly. A wonderful place for fresh, delicious food at reasonable prices. This will definitely be one of our go to places and we will be bringing our friends here too.
