Girl at the counter said she can’t add brown sugar to my drink because they don’t know how to charge me for it. I’ve been to the one in Porter and never had a problem there.. customer service is lacking at this place.

Can't believe I won't be a customer here. I've been going to all the location around the area always get the same drink over 2 years, never had a issue getting a mix flavor slushy. Had to throw out 2 drinks because the employee wasn't able to give a refund or fix the drink due to owner orders they are no longer able to mix lychee and passion fruit flavor. I had to purchase a 3rd drink with just strawberry because my son really like this place.
