I enjoy the wings here, we order quite frequently. The last two times we've placed an order, the order was incorrect. The first time I thought it was a one off, but two is a pattern (and these aren't the first two times with order issues, just the most recent). The food and service is inconsistent.

Girl with the slits on her eyebrows was very rude when she told me there was not an order for me and when I came in it was sitting right there. When I confronted her she act like she didn't care. She just handed me my food. Never going back there

Usually very satisfied and happy with chili’s service and food, but at this location: waitress’ don’t take care of their sections (2 occasions of being helped less than 3 times), the kitchen seems inexperienced (tried to order a 6oz sirloin medium well, and came out medium twice) and had to wait 20-30 mins for a complete recook of the steak, manager seems to love to have a “couple” drinks and inattentive to her restaurant. Disappointed in the service☹️☹️ Also to add a picture of this is the “6oz” sirloin they re-made

Ordered on door dash thinking I found a good wing place but it turns out it’s just chili’s. The last place I’d get wings is chili’s... they’re old and dry, cold and the fries are soggy. Super disappointed.
The staff does not pay attention to their tables. Waitress/Bartender never came back we had to waive at her. Manager was only talking to staff. Maybe 6 tables taken entirely restaurant. Horrible service ??

chicken was over cooked, very tough and dry. VERY little sauce. Out of 32 wings 28 were drumetts. Frys were packed in box with the wings so of course they were soggy. Will not order again

Went to this address, which turned out to be Chilis. Was told this was for Door Dash only orders. Also could not order any of the items listed and was told that only had 4 sauces, not the ones listed. Employee was not helpful and said he didn't know what I was talking about.
