I like it their drinks but the new computer to order just takes away from the personal touch. The person working there never even said welcome or hi. We were the only ones there. When she was done making it, it just called out our order number, then walked away. Music was a little too loud.

New to the area came in and waited at the counter. I'm extremely visually impaired. I'm not blind, just visually impaired. I waited at the counter none of the 3 ladies said anything to me. I thought they were just busy. I got closer to the counter it was then I noticed the screen to order. I ordered and there is a prompt that asks for a tip ..a tip for what?!? I found the staff rude and the drinks were ok..mlike low level ok and It's a cute shop, but not enough for me to come back and spend my money for rude service. I would rather pay more elsewhere.

The tea is good but the boba here never seems to be cooked properly. The tapioca is always hard and unpleasant. But the place is REALLY cute and clean!! They even sell little boba plushies. The reason I put 3 stars is because the boba ISNT COOKED.

I place order online at 7:00 pm. Went to the store at 745pm my order was not even ready on the app it said ready to pick up and nothing. Rude girl at counter. Told her I just wanted my refund and she said flat out NO. Very rude and bad customer service this was June 23,2024 don't waste ur time. If u want to 2 hours for ur drinks
Update: As of tonight management reached out to me to apologize for the misunderstanding and how they were understaffed due to the rushed. Very pleased that she took the time to reached out to me. So I will give it another shot when not so busy.
I recently visited the new Kungfu Tea in New Caney and had a fantastic experience! The store is stylish and welcoming, with friendly staff and quick service. I tried the Milk Tea with boba, and it was delicious – perfectly brewed with just the right sweetness.

Came here to buy a drink and asked the front cashier about a promotion and she said that she didn’t know anything about the CARTEL PROMOTION THEY HAVE IN THE DOOR!,I asked kindly how could I get it and she laugh at me making me feel uncomfortable and bad, this was such a racist actitude like she couldn’t understand what I was saying and asking!Very sad experience and don’t recomend this place! Date was 04/27/2024 at 03:31 if manager check the cameras can see they nasty staff actitude. I’m sorry cause never had an experience like this before!
