I like it their drinks but the new computer to order just takes away from the personal touch. The person working there never even said welcome or hi. We were the only ones there. When she was done making it, it just called out our order number, then walked away. Music was a little too loud.
The tea is good but the boba here never seems to be cooked properly. The tapioca is always hard and unpleasant. But the place is REALLY cute and clean!! They even sell little boba plushies. The reason I put 3 stars is because the boba ISNT COOKED.
I place order online at 7:00 pm. Went to the store at 745pm my order was not even ready on the app it said ready to pick up and nothing. Rude girl at counter. Told her I just wanted my refund and she said flat out NO.
Very rude and bad customer service this was June 23,2024 don't waste ur time. If u want to 2 hours for ur drinks
