Ordered delivery! Pizza was nothing like the garlic crust stuffed pizza on the commercial! On top of that they don't offer beef had to settle for a nasty Italian sausage! Why not!!?? WTH! Pizza was dry and needed more sauce! I definitely need to try another location...tried to give them a second chance but I'm done!

Don't trust that pizzeria's app, it constantly says that something happened and your order couldn't be taken and when you go to your bank you realize that they charged you several times for the same transaction because you kept trying to make the purchase separately when you call the store. The employees, the managers or the manager don't know how to help you.

I had already spent 2 hours on hold with the humble store that no one ever answered my because the app sent my order to the wrong location even though I live here. I ended up just placing a second order for here and then when I get home with it I discover that one my extra most bestest pizza had a ring of pepperoni around the crust and none in the middle and I had two very hungry little children who couldn’t wait any longer.

I ordered pizza at about 4 o'clock on new years eve, and I figured they were going to be busy and nothing is going to be perfectly made. But when I grabbed my pizza from the portal and walked to my car to check how it came out, my pizza was folded partially in half. I tried to peel it back but it was all stuck together. So I went back inside and I apologized for the bother and showed them the pizza, and this woman who works there, says "Well if there's nothing actually wrong with the pizza then we don't really need to remake it. It's like if you fold a piece of paper, you can unfold it." And I then responded with "I understand that but if you peel the pizza back *proceed to show her* then all the ingredients is on the other side of the pizza and the other half is just torn bread". She looked frustrated so I apologized again and said I can wait as long as it takes because I know there's more orders ahead of mine. And she just stood there staring at me and the folded pizza. Fortunately her other coworker just said "We'll make you a new one". He came back with the pizza I ordered, and it was perfectly made. Maybe I'm just being picky, but who would be okie with that? It's like if you ordered a sandwich and you look in the bag and all the ingredients fell out in the bag, yeah you have the food to make it, but why go through that?

Twice the pizza wasn’t cooked all the way. The first time you could see through the pizza and this second time it was super super buttery but still wasn’t cooked completely all the way! Please make sure you guys check your pizzas infront of theses people or get your money back the first time they mess up because they will keep messing up and not care. The manger she doesn’t care either! Theses people don’t realize there are kids that also eat this pizza. Do better it doesn’t hurt to do better or find better employees that care about cooking it right.

Literally took a whole hour to get 1 PIZZA!!!! When I asked if they had any pepperoni pizza ready to go they said no but had a bunch of them there already and only got them when I asked again and pointed them out.

Don’t go there on a Friday night , I went in last night and ordered 2 cheese pizzas They said 20 minutes , it literally took a hour and I asked the status he kept lying and said it’s almost done , at the end they said they lost my order and are about to make it after a hour of waiting. I said no I got people at home worried about me , don’t have a phone on me , so I never got pizza just a refund after a hour.

Really bad service. My order was $30+ and the counter wont accept a $50 bill coz she didn't have change. What a waste of time!!!

Went in to get one cheese pizza and they said it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I had a creaking baby and crying toddler who wanted cheese pizza so we were disappointed. I guess you need to call ahead or order online in advanced because it doesn’t seem they have ready pizzas like they used to.

This place is the worst Little Caesars I've ever been to. I can order a pizza 45 mins ahead of time on the app, which says my pizza will be ready and I still have to wait 20 mins after I get there. Horrible. It's been like this or the last 6 mos. I love their pizza but I think this is the last time I will order from here. Hope they can get it together.
