I would like to shout-out the gentleman working the register tonight (12/18/25). He did an incredible job at keeping the customers, in a very busy store, feeling valued and well served. He let everyone know how their order was coming along (being cut, in the oven, etc) and even knew some customers names, a real sign of valuing them. I had never ordered online and he walked me through the pickup process with upmost courtesy and professionalism. I asked for something that he couldn't accommodate and he apologized, and then he explained why he couldn't, all with polite professionalism which made me feel appreciated and heard. But I must also point out the effort he put in to help this one child get excited for her and her family's meal. He got on her level, spoke to her in her native tongue, wishing her a merry christmas in spanish and made this child feel special. I gotta say, if I had a business, this man is exactly the kind of person I would want as an employee. He should train anyone who will be working the front of house, and I would bet, if not already, that he'd make excellent management. Store was clean and food was good too. A+

Even before my daughter started working here, I enjoyed getting a good pizza for $5. She works hard to help provide great service, especially when they are slammed with customers crowding the small waiting are. If you ordered on the app and it was for a lot of pizzas, please be patient if the order hasn't been completed when you arrive. Every day they make close to 1,000 pizzas by hand. So please don't be rude if you have to wait a little longer. They truly are doing thier best.

They just sell the dough and sauce. Average pizza at best imho and I've had some terrific pizzas in Boston, Manchester NH. Now THAT'S the best ever! Unbelievable how much difference!

With the exception of a couple of times, the pizza is typically on point. I always pre order and get my pizza out of the portal, which keeps my pizza fresh until I get there. It's very convenient... no waiting, just scan your barcode, slide your pizza out, and get right back in your car.

The order was very easy on the app, but whenever I went to go pick up the pizza and I was ready to pay. This lady in the cashier was very rude. My bill was $54 and I gave her $100 bill which she responds that she couldn’t take that bill because the store doesn’t take $100 dollar bills which I order less than that amount I paid today and I always pay with 100 bill and I never had a problem. I don’t know if she was in a bad mood. I understand nobody’s perfect but either way work is work.

Had the order placed at 6:19pm and was told at 6:57pm that it was going to be another 30mins until it was done, I think the online orders are too much for this store to handle.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 8:45 and was told there would be a 15-18 minute wait which is fine but we stood in there until 9:25 and that is ridiculous when we asked how much longer they kept telling us 5 more minutes.
My pizza was way undercooked and took about 20 minutes they told me it would take 10 minutes they did not give me my crazy sauce they had no napkins so won't be back at this one

Oh wow what an experience. First, there wasn't a long line which was wild because usually Friday nights are PACKED. Second, the man you have working behind the counter taking my order tonight was very respectful with the yes ma'am and the fact that he identified that I chose a drink that had been previously opened apparently. I would have never noticed it. Thank you dude! 🙏🏼

I was charged twice for an order with proof and the manager refused to refund me for their mistake.

The pizza was great, but the wait was not. It was lunchtime, so I can't complain too much. I was hangry. But we'll definitely be back because, well, it's Little Caesars.
