They gave me a old fish sandwich. I asked him to cook a fresh when I came back to the store. They act like they didn’t wanna give me some fresh fries to go with my meal. This is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

I visited this location around 8:00 PM with my daughter and had a very disappointing experience. Management/lead staff were extremely rude over simple questions, and their attitude was unprofessional.
What bothered me most was how they treated their own employees. The cashier appeared intimidated just trying to ask a question and was spoken to rudely in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable environment, especially while dining with a child.
Everyone deserves basic respect customers and staff alike. I hope upper management addresses the behavior of leadership at this location.
To the cashier guy tonight, thank you for being patient & polite.

Don't give refunds on items they forget to put in your order. So check order before leaving. I Called to ask for a refund of fries they left out of the order. They told me the fries were all there and refused to refund me. They said if I drove all the way back they would give me more fries. I was tired and had to much to do to go back. Plus, I spend more money for their mistake when I am just asking for a refund for 1 fry basket. I was a regular customer. This was Sunday afternoon shift. Never have issues with weekday morning shifts!

I ordered food, had 2 employees repeat my order PERFECTLY to me so I had real trust when I got that brown bag. I rolled it up tight so it’d stay warm for the drive … and when I get home It’s completely the wrong order. Not even worth half what I spent :( !! IF YOU COME HERE CHECK YOUR ORDERS !!

Thank you bathroom lady. She works at this stablishment, and she bought this really cool looking dude, he is bald and muscularly toned, as well as very polite, his shoes needed some attention and he rode a really cool looking road bike, Orange in color, I overheard he was looking for employment but the Latino managers were not giving him a chance at all for the last two years, he was telling this to a black woman, whom interest in helping him was genuine as far as I could see and overheared them talking about in reference to his wanting to come aboard. The bathroom lady kept looking at him and she felt his honesty regarding his wanting to join the team to get his family ahead, and she also understood as well as the black lady, his frustration with this stablishment and his wanting to be hired at McDonald's, his children and family members are very fond of all the McDonald's products. Anywho, the bathroom lady asked him if he was hungry, and bought him a large order of chicken nuggets. She was a Latina aged lady with a very friendly smile and kind eyes. Congratulations to you Mis Lady Luck.

Kept having a problen using my drivethru code and wasnt able to get my order even though it was an error on their part
I been here and do a great job but today no good I ask for a big Mac meal and I said ranch and ketchup and they give fries not ketchup no ranch and I checked the big mac before i go and there was only bread and meat I was like I am no gonna eat bread and meat not cheese no lettuce no nothing they re do it but it's okay I still like Macdonald just need to listen and it's better quality than quantity

Manger needs to learn how to deal with “Karen” situations, employees forget orders until you have to go to the counter to inquire about your food. Fries are SO SO SALTY..,not one order was made correctly the whole foot I was in this establishment. People waiting a while for their order when not even busy.

We love this location. I see that others do too. The line often goes out to the street. They are always friendly here and if you ask for sauces or strawberry preserves they always give it to you. The food seems great here than at other McDonald's restaurant. I'm thankful for this McDonald's❤️.
