We love this location. I see that others do too. The line often goes out to the street. They are always friendly here and if you ask for sauces or strawberry preserves they always give it to you. The food seems great here than at other McDonald's restaurant. I'm thankful for this McDonald's❤️.

Terrible customer service! Went through the drive through and they forgot items from my order, but they insisted that the order was right. Showed them the receipt and everything that was in the bag and it took 3 employees to confirm they forgot items.
We gave this location another try and the “manager” was awful. People were waiting in line forever. Service in the morning is great but in the evening its TERRIBLE. people in lobby and the “manager was in the back on her phone the entire time.

Waiting time is horrible placed order and waiting 15 min to receive it orders after mine got out before mine even though they ordered the same food plus frappe. Doesn't matter if you order curbside same thing last time waited 20 min and a car next to ours got their not even 1 min wait time his order was out. My drinks where apple juice and chocolate nor even something you have to prepare.

The food came with a piece of wax paper or something similar in it. After I bit it I thought it was just an onion peel but I immediately looked at what it was and was shocked at what I found. Came the night before and they gave me someone else’s food. Disappointed with the quality control, there was one exceptionally nice lady leader tho which ups the rating slightly. I hope to see the store improve.

Whoever is working the curbside pickup this morning 9/5/25 is kinda rude, they brought an order out to me that was not mine because the person checked in to the wrong spot and she got frustrated when she had to walk to the 3rd spot to give those people their order, I was in the first spot and checked in appropriately but she tried to tell me to move and that was the first spot, like I know it is that's why im here, the other person was checked in wrong not me.
