Generally very good service, although when ordering at your table it is quite common for the staff to not bring your drink out as well. Not a huge deal, everything is very good here. McDonald's prices still continue to climb though, which is a real problem for a lot of people.

Never have ice cream never machine broken .McDonald's iconic for ice cream General manger should be made aware of this bad management all the way up to the top quit if you don't care about store performance.
Check your orders before leaving, I was missing some potatoes and the buffalo sauce three weeks ago. I don't know if it's because the place is very full but I think the employees should be more careful.

Very disappointed of this location, poor customer service, they always gave me the wrong order. I ordered 2 Doble Hamburgers thru the app, instead I get 2 Doble Cheese Burgers, I was told by the night shift manager ( very disrespectful) I need to learn how place the order right. I thing the staff need to be better trained.

This location is the worst in every aspect. Food is never fresh, 95% of the time its wrong or your missing something, sometimes even part of your order. Recently, I Placed an order online for a Happy meal just for the Sanrio toy, get home and there is literally a "piece of paper" for the toy. If a store has ZERO toys for happy meals it should say so online and employees should at the very least say they are out when ordering in person and or when you pick up your order. I think management is the biggest issue at this specific location. Because I drove to Porter and to the Northpark Location on the same exact day and both still had the Sanrio toys.
