Blake was great today, Went out to lunch with my mom and sister. Blake greeted us and had to deal with my indecisive with pineapple on my pizza. Blake had a great attitude and very positive. Made our time at mod pizza wonderful. Will be coming back soon

Worst M.O.D. Pizza I have ever been to. For starters the pizza was under cooked and the toppings were still cold and you may think it was a simple accident because they were busy but no, we were the only customers at the time just 3 people. Second my mother is gluten sensitive so we figured this would be the best place for her due to the restaurant chain being able to accommodate allergies but no what happened was after our 2 flour based crusts were handled they didn't swap gloves so they grabbed the gluten free option with gluten on their hands and cross contaminated everything, then there were the toppings they had been trown around and everything was mixed with things they shouldn't. Once the pizzas were in the oven they handed us our cups to get drinks and let me tell you everything on that soda machine screamed disease everything was sticky and extremely unclean and not just the soda machine but all the tables as well. There was still peices of food on the tables so once our pizzas were done we left and went to eat in the car once we got on and drove away we started to eat and thats when we realized the pizzas were under cooked and it wasn't like we drove a long distance we just parked at freddys so we could use the restroom. Speaking of restrooms ive seen abandoned porta pottys cleaner than that, its not hard to clean a bathroom don not eat here

This was the dirtiest MOD Pizza I've ever been to. Sloppy and dirty, from the food prep area, to the grimey drink machines and tables. Everything looked like it hadnt been wiped down in a while. If you have gluten sensitivities or allergy, this is NOT a safe place to eat. I ordered a gluten sensitive crust, and the worker never changed gloves from prepping the pizza before mine. The sauce was smeared on with the same ladle as everything else, and the toppings were messy and mixed with others.

I kept getting passed from worker to worker, which is fine, but nobody seems to know the specials? One person sure... but 3? I have really bad eyesight so it was a bit of an issue for me to read the sign for them. You'd think associates would know their menu, or at least have some sort of cheat sheet nearby to help them out when they forget.

Worst experience I have ever had at mods. The person making our pizza was very rude. Threw our pizza together very sloppy ,was not putting the correct toppings on it and also was under cooked.He got so mad making our pizza that he threw it in the trash. My 2 year old is allergic to dairy so we order him the dairy free because loves pizza. We were concerned to let him eat it because he was slinging cheeses all over the other topping and into the sauces. We eat at the Baytown location all the time and have never had that type of experience.

The restroom’s here are disgusting. It looks like they never clean them. Just the bare minimum and they smell horrible. Truck stop restrooms are better. If the staff can’t clean a toilet, I doubt they’re cleaning the cooking equipment properly.
