This place was super busy, but understandably given the location and time.
There was a couple customers ahead of me and behind me that were being very impatient and rude to the staff. The staff handled it beautifully even with a high stress atmosphere. Hats off to the employees today. My usual visits to this location are always great.
Be patient and treat people how you would want to be treated. We are all human.

Wastage of food. They throw their food when they are closing. Unethical and inhumane! However the food is good, portions might disappoint.

Paid 10.00 for a bowl of crunchy rice and practically no sting bean chicken! Literally counted 4 small pieces of chicken. Chicken tasted like it was old and dying beans were mushy.

The food is always delicious. However this time I placed my order on line only to wait 30 minutes for my food from the expected time I was given on line. Why order on line when I can go inside & get faster service and I didn’t use the drive thru because of how long the line so I decided to go inside to pick up my food,

We ordered Catering for 2 separate days and 2 deliveries per day. The GM Ms. V was very pleasant and great to work with. She met all of our companies needs with a smile. 1of 4 of my orders canceled due to trying to modify the delivery time. And she caught the cancelation and informed me right away. If she didnt notice it the last delivery wouldn't have happened on time. The food was so delicious and fresh upon all 4 deliveries we will definitely be using this location for our company events moving forward. Thank you so much Panda Express New Caney Team!

Placed an online order and went inside got the order and drove home. Upon unpacking noticed we were missing the kung pao chicken.
I called the store and notified them of the missing item. They found my order after searching for a bit. The in store lead person told me on the phone, "hmm that's strange because we packed it." Basically accusing me of lying and trying to steal a kung pao chicken.
I drive back up there (10 minute drive) while my family enjoyed their meal at home. I asked to speak to the manager and the lead girl informed me that she was the lead and no manager was on duty.
I told her and want to let you know that I don't steal. If I was going to, it sure would not be kung pao chicken.
