Long wait times, staff available but showing little interest in serving customers, poor communication between the servers and the kitchen, and staff with a terrible attitude. A bad experience.

Great food….It was just really really cold inside. The bathroom was clean yet the soap has a very lingering odor that’s very weird .🤷🏼‍♀️ Employees seem nice.

Food looked very fresh and appetizing. My server was polite and asked how my day was. I heard clear communication between the servers and the cooks about food being ready. Environment was clean and professionally organized despite a decent rush, second hand servers actively cleaned spilled rice and other food on the food counter.

Overall this is the most well oiled panda express I've ever been to. The employees do great work!

Our regular place, we come here almost once a week .People are good sometimes remember you. Bathroom is clean, but at least some of the options of food are going to be overcooked or burnt. I frequently have to pass on some of my favorite options because what should be black pepper steak and veggies turns into something that has a weird gravy that has burned bits in it and some of the ingredients are obviously burnt, or the crab puffs are so overcooked that you can barely eat them. Egg rolls should not have black spots, and egg rolls are not supposed to be extra crunchy and dark brown!

They should really say that they close at 9:30 pm instead of 10:00pm. I went in there at 9:15 pm and they were already picking up. 45 minutes until closing. Why not just close at 10:00 pm and then start cleaning up?

Eldia, so I don’t know her name specifically. I might be spelling it wrong, but every time we go in there, this woman rushes us and makes us feel like we have to select things quicker. While she’s rushing us, she’s skimping on what she wants to give us. We went to this location several times until possibly now. We might be going elsewhere. She calls us regulars and favorite customers, yet she upcharges when we asked for a little extra. Obviously, the woman knows nothing about portioning, sizing, and pricing because we’re not asking for the whole damn plate to be covered. We’re just asking for a little more in the same bar. But this woman and this location specifically are so busy that you would figure that they would treat us with a little more respect. But every time my partner and I have come to this location, we have dealt with this specific woman who rushes us on. And she upcharges on every little thing. It should’ve been about $36 that we paid. We walked out paying $46, close damn near. 50. Pretty much, she expressed that she didn’t want us to call corporate and complain, but I hope corporate sees my message. And I hope they train their employees at this location better on portioning and not upcharging because every time we walked in this location, they charge up the A55, so we likely won’t be coming back to this location due to this woman’s aggressive approach and upcharges.

So in the pictures described, what she did was she loaded and spread out the chow mein to make it look as if it was double double while she could have put it on top of the existing slot. We have two plates, two bigger plates with empty slots that she could’ve fit our sides on, but she chose not to. She chose to manipulate the visual perception to upcharge us.

I did mobile order and I ordered 1/2 fried rice and half greens for my order and they gave me straight up all greens for my sides. The sticker clearly says my order on there. The Powerade tasted water down.

Everything is so backed up here, the food and the waiting time. I waited in line for a good 15 mins because they were doing online orders first. And most of the food was almost out instead of replacing one by one they do it all last minute. And not to mention they put the old food on top of the fresh one.
