Placed an online order and went inside got the order and drove home. Upon unpacking noticed we were missing the kung pao chicken. I called the store and notified them of the missing item. They found my order after searching for a bit. The in store lead person told me on the phone, "hmm that's strange because we packed it." Basically accusing me of lying and trying to steal a kung pao chicken. I drive back up there (10 minute drive) while my family enjoyed their meal at home. I asked to speak to the manager and the lead girl informed me that she was the lead and no manager was on duty. I told her and want to let you know that I don't steal. If I was going to, it sure would not be kung pao chicken.
I hate this location so much. The staff is terrible. Horrible people and service.

this is the second occurrence with this place. first time we ordered late and got sick from the meal, probably left all day food. second just a few days ago ordered door dash and did not get what was ordered. ordered a medium orange chicken and got a small. door dash went back and set the situation straight.

The Orange Chicken as always is good. My problem this time was the delivery. I ordered delivery through the Panda Express site. The items in our order was open and it looked like some of the Orange Chicken was missing. The box is always stuffed to the top with the chicken, this time it wasn't. This is the first time ordering delivery from their site. My suggestion for Panda Express is to seal your boxes with tamper tape. 5 stars for the food, 0 stars for delivery.

It's so hard to get help here! Everytime I come in for a uber order I stand there 5-10 minutes waiting for an order that's already ready, I'll literally be staring at it! They need to have a to go shelf if they are to busy to help mobile orders. I'll even call out to other employee's and am ignored.

If your black please do not come to this place. The people are prejudice with black people. I've seen them give a lot of food on white and espanic people. But when blacks are served they don't give hardly any food.
