Food has always been amazing. The service is quick. In fact, almost too quick sometimes. On more than one occasion, I've scheduled the delivery to happen within a certain window that's later than the ASAP option. Every occasion, it has shown to early, often times over half an hour early. That creates issues with timing, food staying hot, and someone being home for the scheduled devilry time frame.
However, when we do ask for ASAP, they are often earlier than their projected window and that's greatly appreciated!

For the first time, my Papa app order routed to this location, and for the very first time through scores of orders, it was significantly late. And for the very first time, the pizza arrived luke warm. I can only deduce that it’s something about this location.
They offered a “freshness” guarantee. Who knows what that means, but it would have required me to spend more of my time to call them back and talk to a manager, etc. How about just save us ALL some trouble, and get it right the first time? ;)
If my orders continue to be routed here, I’ll just order from Jet’s. No big deal in the long run.
Driver was super nice, but the value and condition of the food is what ultimately matters.

Hair was in me & my boyfriend’s food! Called the store and was told the manager was busy. I told them that my boyfriend had just left their store and hair was in our pizza. I was on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever came back to the phone. I will not be ordering from them again!

When we walked in nobody came to the front for quite some time and until we hollered, 'Hello!". The guy was very rude when he finally came to the register. It was our first time to go to a Papa John's, so we told him we had some questions. He was very annoyed. We ordered 2 pizza bowls, and when we finally got them, we were not even thanked or anything. He said, "Here you go." We thanked him several times, and he just walked off, saying nothing. The food was good, but we had been told by other people that the pizza bowls could easily feed 2 people. About half of our container was full. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Never ever again will I order from this location!! I’m serious‼️ First off, the delivery was 30 minutes late, and when I did get my order, it was ridiculously cold! I called back, and the casual demeanor, along with the lack of care, was the icing on the cake. The funny part was that after receiving poor service, they didn't care if I would come back… and I’M NOT! Dominoes are just a few minutes closer! Note: This is the first time have I ever had any bad experience with Papa John's from New Jersey to now Texas?, and what a HUGE DIFFERENCE!! It was absolutely awful!! No thanks…???
I wasted $50 because I eventually threw it away… that’s how disgusting it truly was! SMFH
