The assistant manager with the pink hair and piercings on her face was the most disrespectful little girl! They messed up my order. I showed them on my email that I had gotten when I ordered and because whoever took the order put it into they system the wrong way she told me I had to pay for a different pizza that was made the correct way that I had originally ordered it. I have never heard that before in my life. They messed up the order then try to make me pay for another one for it to be correct. Then be disrespectful in the process. Absolutely not. Needless to say I WILL be contacting an actual manager

Ordered pizza and waited over an hour. Called them and they said the driver knocked on our door with no answer. Called them again. and they said they would rush our order out. I declined and asked for a refund. Still no refund many days later. Don’t trust them and won’t be ordering from them anymore.
They charged me 65 dollars for 2 medium pizzas, garlic knots, chocolate chip cookie and the food wasn't even cooked properly...raw dough through-out all except cookies

This papa John's pizza is a close feel, they truly offer the best deals for pizza in New Caney TX and they are quick and it's always perfect... Even the price these days is acceptable for pizza... My toddler gets his own cheese pizza Everytime and he conquers it like this 😂 can't blame him he eats the best part right 😂

Ordered a Pepperoni pizza and I have to say not even 10 minutes later Veronica delivered it with a polite greeting and smile. My kids love Papa Johns pizza and they destroyed it like they never tasted pizza before lol. Thank you again for the excellent service and speed. Will continue to order from you guys.
