I made my order for delivery online my order was then reverted to a pick up order due to it being under 25 bucks when the total after I tipped came to 27 bucks. So I call the store to get an update and I the most attitude as if I were supposed to know all Orders under 25 bucks are turned into pick up. So after i was handled rudely I was offered to pay additional To get my food that has now sat for over 2 hours delivered. The locations is less than 10 mins away… terrible costumer service! Will be my last time ordering!

Very DISAPPOINTED!!! I guess I went on the wrong day! The food was trash. Under cooked and look at my wings. If I wanted sauce on the side I would’ve asked for it! The fact that I had been craving Pizza Hut and I spent my last money on it !! Is INSANE!!!! Let’s also talk about how when I walked in , the employees was chilling and sitting on the counters. I wish I could give a negative star.
Wish I could give this place no stars. More than disappointed. Our local Pizza Hut in Michigan has made our pizzas for years and made them perfect. So I figured let’s order Pizza Hut here. BIG MISTAKE. First they got our order completely wrong. Our pizza Arrive with no sauce when they were supposed to be light sauce. So we called them and the Shift manager tells us that they will make them Correctly and we should have them shortly. Well, almost 45 minutes go by and they finally arrived once again the same way they were made the first time NO sauce. By this time, my kids have been kept up almost an hour and a half waiting for food just go to bed hungry. We call back or try to by this time they just keep hanging up on my wife, so I called from my phone and guess what the answer. I talked to Chris one of the team members on duty and he tells us there’s no manager on site and to call back in the morning. If you are a proprietor or franchise owner, this is quite embarrassing. No wonder your reviews are so negative train your team members and having integrity and what you do and don’t tarnish the Pizza Hut name.

This place serves was accessible due to how close it was to my area. Everything on their menu is great. We ordered the breadsticks and the Supreme pizza ultimately being over satisfied. Tasted great too just like all the pizza huts. The staff was awesome.

BEWARE⚠️ They didn’t deliver my sisters pizza. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ When my sister tried explaining to them the next day it wasn’t delivered they tried arguing with her. We called several times that night asking where the pizza was and they continued to lie saying it would be delivered. We had to take time out of our day just to get a refund and with no apology or even good service. Please DO NOT order from here unless you DONT want your pizza.?
