I'm calling the general manager of this fast food station since I work at DoorDash. Today I waited more than 40 minutes for my order and nothing happened. They gave me the order. It was a woman and a man who has a defect on his left arm.

Today was not a good day, I’ve been coming here for quite awhile & never had any problems until here lately. I don’t know if it’s a different cook or they’re just not changing the grease on the regular or something. I ordered a 4 piece and when I tell you it made my stomach hurt and use the bathroom 🚽 believe it….I hate spending my money & not being able to enjoy the food & especially knowing Popeyes is pricey. I was really hungry to hadn’t had nothing to eat at all. In the trash it went. Money wasted! I guess that’s a sign telling me to quit eating out at these places.

My recent visit to the Popeyes in New Caney was very disappointing. I arrived very hungry an hour before the dining room closed, but I found it was already locked. I knocked several times, and they informed me that it was closed due to a lack of staff and that if I wanted to eat, I needed to use the drive-thru. This, despite there being one table occupied inside and what appeared to be enough staff to serve customers.
Considering there were only two of us, it was very cold outside, and we wanted to enjoy a comforting meal in a warm place, the situation was very frustrating. I left disappointed for not being able to have the experience I was expecting.
