Curbside and drive thru pick up options for their app are never available. Trying to find a spot to even park is a challenge at times. I just end up going somewhere else half the time. And the frys are never crispy.

A lady was sweeping the floor and was dragging the metal chairs across the floor, please stop. I said OMG please stop while my autistic son amd I we're holding our ears. She kept doing it. It's entirely too loud to drag metal chairs across the floor.
